Game Status Update - April 20, 2020

Hello Troopers,

Thank you for your patience over the past few days. Our engineers worked over the weekend in an effort to address the ongoing server issues. As noted in one of our posts early last week, our team is currently working on a new server and client update that we hope will further address these problems. Controlling the issues in-game to ensure maximum playability and working to get this fix out are our engineering team's top priorities. We will update you further on the status of that update as we progress. Additionally, depending on when we are able to complete our hotflix client/server, there may also be event scheduling changes. We will be sure to keep you updated should that happen.

Regarding the Cosmic Voyage event, this will continue as planned. To make up for these connection issues, we will be placing a compensation pack in-store, and extending the length of time items available for Vanquisher Fragments will be on offer. This pack will contain a large number of Vanquisher Fragments, as well as Forged Fragments and more. We plan to push this pack in a new server later this week. We will let everyone know when it is available to claim.
