Even the most incredible journeys come to an end. Today we announce that after 8 amazing years, Iron Maiden: Legacy Of The Beast will finally be coming to a close.

As the band’s 2023/24 The Future Past Tour concludes in Brazil next weekend, we’re reminded of this games’ incredible achievements - notably having a tour inspired by, and named after, it. Complete with multiple onstage worlds, the Iron Maiden Legacy of the Beast Tour played to over 3 million fans, running from 2018 to 2022, circumnavigating the globe - headlining some of the biggest festivals and stadiums including Rock In Rio, Hellfest, Download & Wacken to name but a few. It was by far the most exciting and ambitious way to promote a video game ever - contributing to its incredible longevity and popularity with over 6 million players as the greatest Heavy Metal Game ever. As far as the future goes, our team is continuing to work on new projects with Iron Maiden that we are excited to share with you somewhere down the line. We must, however, bid farewell to this chapter first and to do that we want to celebrate the incredible legacy that we've all built together with you. So now it’s time to dust off those flight cases one last time and end with a bang and a momentous end of tour party!

Cash only in-app purchases are removed, free giveaway packs have been added and are available all month.
All in-game currency should be used by December 31, 2024, as Iron Maiden: Legacy Of The Beast will neither be downloadable nor playable after that date.

We’ve prepared some fun and exciting changes to the game for everyone to enjoy! There is a 12 day Sunset Celebration calendar to pick up extra goodies as well.

• Talisman Soul cosmics upgraded from 1-star to 5-star versions
• Increased chances for getting Red and Gold cosmics out of Talisman Souls
• All souls that cost more than 666 gold are changed to 666 gold cost to open
• Reduce Character materials upgrade cost to 1 of each type
• Reduce Talisman materials upgrade cost to 1 of each type
• Reduce Awakening materials upgrade cost to 1 of each type
• Main Soul Pool updated to include 258 more characters
• Decreased Talisman Mythical Red Soul fragment requirement from 1,500 to 500
• Common Souls - Increased 3-star character drop chance to 80%, Decreased 2-star character drop chance to 15%, Reduced 1-star drop chance to 5%
• Rare Souls - Increased 5-star character drop chance to 50%, Increased 4-star character drop chance to 30%, Reduced 3-star drop chance to 20%

• Removed a majority of soul rewards from sacrifice pit

Icy Summit (Dungeon) - Dec 2 4PM - Dec 31 4PM 📅

Travel far and wide to reach the icy summit! Battle through this dungeon to earn fun and exciting rewards. Play a handful of battles to earn Christmas Epic Souls which contain ALL 4-star Christmas themed characters. Complete class restricted objectives and other challenges to earn Christmas Mythical Souls which contain ALL 5-star Christmas themed characters.

First time rewards for completing individual difficulties include a metric ton of Ironite, Talisman Mythical Red Souls, and Unique Awakening Souls.

Sacred Wonders (Book Of Souls) - Dec 2 4PM - Dec 31 4PM 📅

Opening non-event Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical Souls earn Golden Artifacts.
Opening Clan Souls, Heroic Souls, and Talisman souls earn Golden Artifacts too!
Talisman Mythic Red Soul Fragments are the extra bonus from opening these souls as well.

Spend Golden Artifacts in store for a variety of rewards including powerful 5 & 6 talisman sets that have been turned into cosmics.

Flow Of Time (Sand Spend) - Dec 2 4PM - Dec 31 4PM 📅

Earn Timeless Records by spending Sands Of Time, Sands Of War, or Sands Of Blood. Spend this currency in store for rewards of your choice including ALL previously exclusive Legends characters:

Endgame Engagement (Raid Boss) - Dec 2 4PM - Dec 31 4PM 📅

Battle bosses and boast by bringing in guaranteed Battered Swords with every match! Spend those Battered Swords in store for a variety of rewards. Completing all the event challenges earns a total of 100,000 Clan God Soul Fragments to either make into souls or spend in the rewards shop for deities of your choice! Battered Swords are spent in the event shop

Timeless Virtuosity (Variety) - Dec 2 4PM - Dec 31 4PM 📅

Complete an array of event challenges to earn Platinum Records to spend in store for Halloween Mythical Souls containing every 5-star Halloween Character, every cosmic saga talisman, and Gauntlet Soul Fragments for Season 1-20.

For all its flaws, this game had something that other mobile games lack: atmosphere. It will be very unfortunate if your team is unable to produce an equivalent replacement.

This is very unfortunate news - I was hoping for many more years.

Devs - thanks for 8 1/2 incredible years. You guys should be proud of the work you did bringing Maiden's lore to life. You really captured something here, and it's going to be greatly missed. All the best on your new projects, and I really hope to see something very soon.
