What about other Eddies? I didnt get it a few times because I had soldier eddie injured and swapped out for SoL Eddie to heal everyone up for the 75%. But I think its got to be across all your chars including the backup Eddies.
Hmmm yes that may be the problem.
i had a backup Eddie with about 50%.
