Hi.
Since they added Arena my game freezes every time I click on anything under "Arena".
I get a spinning wheel of fire when I click and it is locked that way until I turn the game off, or probably until my battery wears down.
I have un-installed the game and reinstalled it at least 7 times, that does nothing to fix the problem.
Download Memu - android emulator and play the game on your PC until another update will be released.

I have a 7 yrs old macbook pro. This is just pc, or Mac as well?

I thought about creating a second account to test the Arena, but if if works I can't port my characters to the new account, I'd be starting from scratch.
Create another account just for test. If everything will be ok with new one on your phone/memu then ask support to investigate situation with your old account.
