Amazing news, all souls are unlocked again.
It must be the new month. I bought a soul with my Trooper badges today and I'm able to buy it again. The bad news: daily rewards reset...
Yay for the devs. If they manually did this, thank you for listening to everyone. If it was coincidence, still a big thank you.
Yeah, it was the month reset. Lamia explained it on another post. The daily rewards are on a 24-day cycle to allow casual players and players who join late in the month to claim all or most of the rewards.
But yes, the Trooper reset is a Godsend!
