Game crashed, now it won't load

I was playing a quest when I got a popup that said an error occurred, restart the game. I did and now it won't load. When I tap the icon, the splash screen loads and the music starts, I log in and then instead of loading the start button, it jumps to the eddie in the clouds background and the spinning eddie head comes on and the game permanently stalls. Tried rebooting my phone and nothing seems to fix it. Help?

I did send a ticket into Nodding Frog, but I'm hoping to get up and running ASAP.
