Most of mine are 1-3 rounds at most. But I did have an epic against a pharaoh eddie with a fury grabber - It was golden son immunity v pharaohs immunity in a first to blink wins kinda game. Pretty sure that went a good 8 rounds or so. Lucked out with the timing on a stun to win it in the end :)

Thats what Im enjoying about PvP so far. The previous approaches to team selection are now so much broader, defence is more important, debuffs/buffs - so much more useful

OK so feedback:

Im diggin' this PvP. Wasnt what I was expecting, but its just as good. But a few points of feedback:

- My poor troopers: Is there any way we could get troopers into the team selections in PvP? I know it'd be a bit weird if your trooper showed up on your PVP list, but at least you could then help them (and yourself out)... Even if it was for iron coins instead of trooper points?

- Random starts: It'd be nice if it wasnt so 'certain' that team that lucks on 1st turn wins. Maybe thats just a symptom of the teams we all have from the campaign though. And to be honest I cant see any huge way of doing it better.

- Switching to campaign: I notice that my backup Eddies are always removed after doing PvP. Its no biggie, but it would be nice if I didnt have to click twice more every time I switched between PvP and Campaign

- Im getting the 'test defence' lock up bug.

Thanks for letting me try PvP in the beta!

one suggestion:

in the test defense mode it would be very helpfull if we could choose, who is going to beginn.
so our testings would be much easier. additionally it would be possible to test attacking teams easier too.

one suggestion that is maybe too difficult to implement, but i would like to mention it anyway:

i would like to see something like the "matrix room".
there you can generate maximized opponents with maximized talismans even if you don't have them. so you can play around with imaginary defending and attacking teams, to find optimal combinations. if you implement that, i bet that many more souls would be bought and thrown in the book of souls, to get the specific character you find best through your testings. it's would also be some kind of a characters sales promotion ;)

Is it me or are opponents teams seeming stronger today? I've got my ass handed to me a few times when I didn't go first.

Or maybe I just suck:D

Well... SOMEONE must have been chosen me, but of course I don't know all details... Just when I started the app yesterday's evening saw a popup like the ones from the store yet informing me ''You've been chosen - The Arena beta is now available... Please send us your comments and feedback''... Something like that... And when I closed it - indeed the two crossed swords weren't grayed anymore... So I entered and started testing...

Thank you so much for letting me be a part of the. beta ! Rocked my way up to 51 with the much maligned visions Eddie. He gets a lot of hate but I have yet to lose with him ;).

Loving PvP so far. Even if it feels a little 'fragile'

One more feedback - It would be great to see the opponents talismans stats included in info screens. At the moment, its just base char stats only.
