Well I'm happy to finish 9th and well over 500 battles. Congrats to Jofer and you guys at the top! Cheers to those that fought through to complete event tiers.
As I said previously, I love these events, but man I hope we have a break for at least a few weeks. lol

I get that some of this is legit sinister, but I had the same thirty people on my lists pretty much all day, and I didn't want to refresh because of losing my streak. So, I had to keep hitting the same peeps. I also was getting bored and lost a few times to the same peeps, but kept at it because I wanted the two free SOW. I had two dudes who I think just couldn't beat me, because they stopped hitting me when they finally won. With an event where people are Grinding is going on, re-hits are inevitable, especially when you are trying to spend minimal money.Quote:

And I wish for top 250 PerthEddie. I got to around rank 1650 at one point yesterday which is my best by far. But I knew I couldn't get much higher, certainly not top 250. My thinking was like yours and for ages had to pick and choose my battles so carefully just to have a chance of winning. But this week I did way better than I thought I would (winning over 80%) after doing more than double the number of battles that I normally do. Still need better toons to pick and choose from but hopefully by the time of the next event that 250 rank may not be out of the realms of possibility for a somewhat novice like me.
So when you do we get our rewards? Why isn't it right away?
Was it mentioned anywhere before the event that losing 100x against the same player was bannable?! o.O
i did throw a couple of matches myself, mostly if a trooper showed up. the event said earn rewards by simply playing....
It's not an exploit that i still had to chose the person,click battle and wait for the loading screen to finish 500 times. abd that my lvl 98 rainmaker with no talismans on him lost against a well built defense is just bad luck, but i don't see how that is an exploit and why should anyone get banned for that...
it's your (devs) fault for creating such an event. maybe you should only reward wins next time or fix your point system, but don't ban people for playing the game...you didn't expect me to genuinly play 150 battles a day, did you? for that would take up to 5h a day and that is insane...

Was Kardas the player who had the 3 Ox Cultists as his support characters to his Eddie? If it is I noticed it was strange. He popped up on my list having around 4500 VP if I remember right. When I saw his team I thought he must have had a lot of fights and victories to be so high. When I won and the victory screen showed his points had dropped so low that he didn't lose any! As a result of the Coming Home Event, I started playing PVP this week. As in, I literally did the tutorial or something this week and set up a defense, after which I could start clearing lists. It was interesting, considering I had 250 Sands of War that I could throw at it, compiled from months of not playing PVP.

I have no idea how this happened and I did not mean to take advantage of this. It's just that this event, this bug, and my ridiculous SoW stack turned into some perfect storm. I had hoped this weirdness would pass upon reset but as of writing this post my defense is still at a (0/0)

Clearly, this wasn't your fault but more so a glitch the devs must address right away.
Saying that, I believe you shouldn't lose any rewards because of this flaw in the system. Hopefully the devs can include those who finished 11th and 12th with top 10 rewards for fairness' sake.
