Just an update - still have 8 spots free.
Level 44, using a 4* 80 Blue Allied Soldier with 4*/5* runes. 7k health, 1600 magic, can hit for close to 10k AoE in the right circumstances and regularly hits for 3-4k. Did I mention he has reflect?

P.S. I'm Level 21, use all troopers daily, definitely not someone who misses the daily rewards, this is the only mobage I'm playing atm

Hello, just wanted to post that I've cleared all longtime inactives from my list and as a result I have over 13 spots open, just add Theodore-1980.
Running a spec based Soldier Eddie with tons of HP as champion until I can get the goddamned 2* Gunner evo shards to evolve him to 4*.
