NF is really not making sense, we understand that it helps them milk the game for more mullah but at the detriment of the player base and when players realize it's not worth it, just backfires because it isn't worth it past certain point.
Maybe if they were to add regular content as part of their workflow they would not need to resort to such antics or at least put a limit to which soul types allow dups and limit how many dups for the same character you can get in a time frame, or rework sacrifices.
It's bad already for so called 'Legendary' souls, but is especially ridiculous when it's about an Eternal Eddie, you can only have one of those per team, hey, maybe one for offense one for defense but 4...?.

Opened my third eternal soul today and got Eternity Eddie!
Works fine for me three souls, no dupes.
Now I'm waiting for Claire. I'm sure the next few souls are dupes. My guess is 5-10 dupes. 😀

What a let down. Work like crazy to get another Eternity Soul and of course I got a dupe. I had a 75% chance of getting a new character. Boo!
