For the soul hoarders out there, the double chance of 4* and 5* character events are almost as good as the Pumpkin and Heart sacrifice events.Quote:

Increased chance of 4 and 5 star characters from rare souls....
I opened the Rare Souls I got from Arena rollover (ermm 5??)... got 1 4 star.. the others were all 3 star.

I support the 2x chances. If you open enough souls, difference is remarkable as i remember from the last year's event.
It's not "2x" it's "increased chance" They don't specifically state what the increase is.
