Ok - big shout out to NF on this they had grace on me despite me missing the end date and made things right! I won’t go into detail on the resolution but I am quite happy, and impressed that they made a big exception for a long time player. Thanks!Quote:

These were in the "Newsfeed" section of the game!
Be sure to click the icon in the top Right corner of the in-game "Home" screen, there's newsfeeds on all events!

Right now though, the fallen angel soul fragments can't be converted to precious soul fragments. There is no convert button.
Could someone please help me with sending in a ticket.
When I hit the support button it brings up three different addresses to send an email to.

When you click on the circle in the upper right corner of the game, then click the support button. The click on email. The send to should be filled in as [email protected]
