There are the following problems with the implementation of missions and achievements. I went through all the available tasks perfectly (3 skulls)
1. Use Remove Beneficial Effects. - none counted.
I specifically cleaned them hundreds of times, with every necessary character, but none of them counted
2. Master skull quests IV
complete 6/8
But I did everything on 3 skulls

I have been playing the game long enough to remember before the game had troopers, I guess a couple of months after it started.
I have been a fan of Iron Maiden Since 1982 but purchased my first album Powerslave in 1984
I don’t have a question, it seems after reading through the last 4 and a bit pages my questions have been asked multiple times already, so I’ll save you the pain!
I’m liking the pace at the moment though 15 sands of time per round of the various dungeons is rather expensive.

A lot of thoughtful questions have been asked already, and I will eagerly await their answers. :cool: I have a couple to add:
1. More than one person has asked if some of the older Eddies might be updated to be more in line, power-wise, with the newer characters. Is there any chance that we might see this with some of the ally characters? In particular, 5*s, like the Allied General, Corrupt General, The Witch Doctor, The Nomad, and The Prisoner? In CG and Prisoner's cases, simply restoring them to their original abilities would go a long way in terms of making them more useful and relevant in today's character pool. Their adjustments (arguably) were necessary when they were initially made, but they are significantly underpowered in relation to newer characters, and for such rare characters, it would be nice to see this addressed. Other adjusted characters, such as Warrior Troll and Angel of Fear seem due for revisiting too, perhaps.
2. Is there any chance we might see additional talismans added as rewards to the Brave New World Dungeons? Initially, some of the top reward talismans were worthy of pursuit, but in today's talisman-rich environment, most have become obsolete. It would be nice to see some of the newer talismans available as rewards... perhaps some additional (and more difficult) levels could be added to the BNW to offer this?
3. Is there any chance we will eventually see characters initially added to the game as purchase-only (Sirius, Gangland Eddie) available to earn, or purchase by other means? Are there any plans to this effect?
I have been playing this game daily since the month after its launch, and I have, for the most part, enjoyed the journey (and most especially have enjoyed the game's community) all of that time. I have been an Iron Maiden fan for more than thirty years, and initially encountered them through my fathers' vinyl collection. I heard about the game, prior to its launch, on my Facebook newsfeed, either from Blabbermouth or Loudwire or some other metal news site.

A simple question : is it planned a Trade Shop between players (or troopers) ? Like trading dupes characters that others can't get (i.e I sac already 1 Charlotte, 3 x Gunner Krampus, 2 x Major Malakohv, 2 x Samourai) or talismans to complete legs (I have several Troopers like 6 or 7 but I can't complete a Frontier or Siege)

1. Why does every aspects of the game rely on grinding?
* I don't believe anyone would enjoy repeating the same task constantly, that's not fun.
* This game seems to require grinding more than PC/Console MMORPG , and this is a phone game. The standard game model for mobile is not to encourage people to stay on the game 24/7, instead merely an hour every day.
* If the game was ad based, I would understand why you would need to make people online the game as much as possible... But it's not.
2. (Related to the question above) Why can't you introduce an instant/swipe concept instead of auto-replay.
Very simple concept, when you clear a dungeon with 3 stars, you will get the option to clear it instantly (by spending the sand of time required for it) without having to auto-play (it would replace auto-replay) and waste time grinding. This would decrease the time required to stay on the game without affecting the spending of ironite for refill. Actually it would increase sand of time refills.
3. Why are characters and talismans still introduced in a really high rate although it was said that the pacing would decrease.

Hi guys. Thanks for doing this, I'm looking forward to seeing your responses. I have a sort of hardware based question for you; would you consider including a "low graphics" option in the settings at all in future? While the effects are great, my trusty old Galaxy S5 occasionally struggles when multiple target multiple hit attacks are made, especially if there are lots of effect statuses present; all of the damage indicators, blocks, etc. as well as the graphics of the attack itself can cause problems. I can see that newer handsets will obviously be able to cope with more and more graphics and effects but a low effect button or similar would prevent those of us using an older handset from being left behind if the game surpasses the capabilities of our phones.
Now for your questions. I seem to remember finding out about the game through a cardboard collar on a bottle of Trooper when you first launched; I recall that the game wasn't available for my phone at first so I kept checking the app store until it showed up. I've been a Maiden fan since I was about 16 when I bought Edward the Great and have been playing the game for just over 3 years.

Number of the beast eddie will be available in heroic souls from time to time. You can buy virus keys in the frontier store to unlock a dungeon were you can get fragments for virus eddie

1. The meta in the arena is always changing. But at the moment you have created a pretty questionable arena environment where some fights sometimes take many minutes to finish because of all the avoiding/reducing damage kind of stuff. Are there any plans to make arena more enjoyable and faster again? Back in the days arena was the best mode in the game, but i know some people who barely touch it at the moment.
2. Some character seem to have lower drop chances than others. Seems like newer chars (executionerd
eddie for example) have other drop% than other 4* assassin toons, is this true?
3. What will be the next big addition to the game contentwise, silent planet, isle of avalon or something else? can you tell us a bit more about what we can expect there? Will it be "just another world" or something with more longterm motivation like gauntlet?

i know that there isnt a lot you said so far so i wanted to ask again About guilds. Some of us are already preparing for that feature that is why a few more informations would be nice. Some of us even created Guild Groups already, but we could use some more Detail. Member numbers, Features, raid and competitive System against other guilds. This is stuff we want to know. And Maybe a Little time scale, is it planned for November, February 2020, we could use a Little more than "soon"
Which brings me to another Points, silent planet and Avalon. can you give a Rough timescale for those 2 worls?
another Point that is Pretty important is the amount of reworks for older Chars. it is no secret that the older 4* Chars just cant compete with their newer Counterparts anymore, even the old 5* Chars are Pretty useless those days. I mean, nobody uses Warrior and Assassin Child of the damned for example. It has to be a bad Feeling for newer Players being happy gaining a 5* char like Warrior child of the damned and 7th son Eddie just to see them being annihilated by any newer 4* Chars. Is there a plan for increased buffing rates for those Chars? We could even cut the Patches in 2 parts with 1 part only being there to bring older Chars into line, but the Status atm is kinda dissapointing.

Been a Maiden fan since I was a teenager (a long time ago!) so really been buying their albums from new since Piece of Mind - Icarus was my first bought from new metal 12" vinyl! Seen them many times live since then. First tour was Powerslave at Edinburgh Playhouse. Heard about the game early on in an article about it - cant remember which but it was online so maybe Blabbermouth. Been playing almost since the start - think it was a month or so after launch that I started to play it. Delay in playing was because I did not have a device that would play it at the beginning but then got an iphone and ipad from my work!
Most questions I thought of have been asked already so no need to add again here.
MUSIC QUERY: Do you have access to the entire Maiden music catalogue for use in game? If so can we have more variation in the music used - maybe a pick your own album option for each world or dungeon? Would it not be really cool for you guys to get the band to do a song based on the game so you have your own theme song that goes with the game opening or in the background? I have often wondered why you could not sort this and the song could either be featured on a new greatest hits CD or as a bonus track on a Maiden album CD? This would be a big deal for all fans if you guys had 'exclsuive' access to the song for a few weeks? A very big win if it could be done and pretty sure it would pull in a load of new fans to at least try the game - maybe not have it as a tune you can download for a short while - only in game you can hear it perhaps?
COMICS QUERY: Not sure if covered but - I actually really like the comics and glad to see these becoming more easily available in the UK (Forbidden Planet for me). Will it always be the case that these come out after things are released on here - Isle of Avalon for example - is that to be the next comic theme? Any chance that you release the comic first and then the themed area so we can get a taste for what migth be coming?
PLATFORM QUERY: Think it was asked before but are there any plans to push this game out into other platforms like Facebook Gameroom/PC? I would like to see it on a bigger creen with out the need for some bluestacks style thing (which I dont want to use).
UPGRADE MATERIAL QUERY: We have colourless character upgrade material - are we going to get the same for regular non-cosmic talismen?
RESOURCE USE QUERY: Can we go back to having some trade options in the shop - or more of it? So if you have 260M gold - trade some of that for other stuff of use, same for FC and IC etc etc. Just provide a few more options...not a big thing but just more options would be good I think.
I am sure there will be more but these are my queries for now.

* order in which the Chars are attacking ( position 1 (not the Eddie) goes 1st, position 4 goes second, Eddie goes 3d ...),
* the kind of attacks they can use ( basic only, only past basic, or only multi-hit basic, no power hits, or no Fury use),
* the kind of attacks they can use but for every member of the team separately,
* the Enemy position you attack first ( left-most, center, right-most)
* Clean when more than X effects are on the team
* use Heal when any of the Chars is under X health
* etc.
About your questions: life-long Metal fen, Maiden included; Playing for almost an year, after last July's show in Bulgaria, when I found out about the game from the tour's name.

Thank you so much for the Q&A and most importantly for all your efforts to make things better in the last few months. I have been a Maiden fan since 1988 and have discovered the game from Iron Maiden's social media and played since Day 1.
My questions/points for discussion are somewhat more of general ones since a lot of the detailed ones have already been asked.
1. Can we please slow down the constant grinding efforts, as it seems that this game has turned more into a second job that an enjoyable experience, it is very cumbersome to have to repeat tasks over and over again and the main concept of a game should be to provide pleasure and an escape from "real life"?
2. Can we please slow down the "inflation" and ultra commercial aspects of the game (exclusive Eddies, exclusive talismans...)? It seems that everything costs more and more in terms of required resources and the "value for money" is definitely not the right ratio at the moment.
3. I believe that Iron Maiden is a great brand and to quote Bruce from a recent meeting I had with him: "We want to turn our customers into fans and not our fans into customers, otherwise we would be called Metallica". Realistically, this game seems to be milking fans turned into customers and I guess a lot of the aggravation would disappear if things were fairer.
4. Slowing down on the constant release of characters and talismans is a must, any kind of Rare, or Event Soul is rendered useless by the sheer number of characters in the pool, maybe there should not be "all class souls" anymore but class souls only (even for Event Souls) to reduce this pool.
5. Can we attempt to pivot the customer churn management strategy from grinding and collecting to fun and competition (guilds would be a good way to achieve this)?
6. How involved and invested are the band members in the game, it seems that they are somewhat detached from the strategic and commercial view?

If this is supposed to be the official forum for the game why is content posted on other social media like Facebook and Twitter that doesn't show up here in the official forum?
I have a demanding career, family responsibilities, and this game as a full-time hobby. I don't have time to keep up with social media. I like this forum because the members make it great and keep it pretty focused and informative. I have seen posts here of items that went out on other channels that I would never have found if not for the other members sharing them here. Ironite rewards as well as good information about characters. I've seen a couple of character cards linked here from Facebook that have awesome information, but I don't have time to chase information other places. It would be nice if the official forum got all of the information instead of just bits and pieces.
I think I found out about the game through the IM fan club, and a friend telling me it was coming out soon.
I've been an Iron Maiden fan since I was old enough to buy my own albums. My first was Number of the Beast.
I tried to play from the beginning, but the game would not run on my phone. I installed/uninstalled many times for 3 months (including a support ticket before I ever had my first battle) before I was able to get it to run stable on my phone. I've been playing ever since.

-What's your take on the game community ? Do you find us useful, helpful, playful, or itchy ?
-What are your plans regarding the community ? There have been calls for a wiki team but no followup, many of us have developped or are developping tools, wikis, guides, spreadsheets, related to the game, do you plan on helping out or is it an inconvenience ?
-What do you tink of a closed beta group to help you test new stuff before release ? They could operate in a secluded environment so the actual game doesn't get polluted.
-What about a player sponsorship program, where experienced players help out new players for in-game or merch rewards ?
-Do you have plans to refactor all those "blocking" designs that hinder you in bug-solving ? If so do you have deadlines for that technical debt resorbtion.
-Are you planning on opening the game data via sharing elements such as data files, official wiki or a public game API (already asked but rephrased)
-How many of you actually play the game more than a couple minutes per day ? Do some of your testers actually play the full events and do you gather metrics on things like time consumption for a task or average drop rates ? A simulation engine would work wonders for automated testing but is the content actually tested by more than one person ?
-Do you plan on explaining the rules of matchmaking for arena and gauntlet ? How are team or roster power calculated ?
-Do you feel you are honestly communicating enough info to the community ? If so, do you understand why there are so many negative feedbacks regarding that topic ?

1) Any chance of an Infinite Dreams Eddie soon? He'd look awesome on his motorcycle next to Wrathchild and Charlotte.
2) I was wondering if you can create a way to 'lock' talismans to prevent them from being sold by mistake? And a 'remove all' option would really speed up moving around talismans, especially for gauntlet.
3) I really enjoy seeing any content illustrating the game's creative process (like the video of Steve Harris checking out Bass Eddie). Any behind the scenes videos, concept sketches and things like that are awesome to see.
I'm pretty sure I found out about the game through the Maiden website. I've been a Maiden fan for 31 years and have been playing since LOTB came out. Thank you again & keep up the good work!

Can you please create a exchange in the store WITH NO LIMITS to convert common souls, gold, trooper badges into something, anything useful. We can sell extra shards and runes for gold and sac extra characters, but all of these resources pile up. Ironite exchange for them would be great, or a red T3 primordial cosmic talisman would also be ok.

Hi devs and thankk you for the awesome work. I dont have much to ask because i think the fellow troopers have that covered.
With the addition of so many new tals ,can we expect more tal slots in the inventory? My auto farm stops several times in bnw for tal overflow.
I would also like to see the arena returned to the early days where any char could be dangerous depending on their skillls.
Also as mentioned. Wouldnt you make more money by lowering the store costs? Im not sure about anyone else but i would never even think about a purchase of 100 dollars.
Lastly what enjoyment do you think we get out of farming a dungon 600 times? We need more game to actually play and alot of it.

- Are there mechanics in place to purposefully generate lost battles for the player to deter repetitive farming of specific dungeons/levels?
(i.e I can pretty much run any dungeon/battle on auto just fine.... However there are some dungeons which seem to specifically generate a defeat after several runs. A defeat against the same characters with the same talismans that has been winning for the last 20 runs.)
- To phrase the above differently... do specific battles have a "difficulty" variable which determines how easy/hard that specific battle for that specific run may be for a player? Meaning.. battle 2 of the Sentinel Cosmic Dungeon.. does battle 2 to have a variable which may make it more difficult than the previous or next time that same battle is encountered during previous/subsequent dungeon runs?

How exactly is character generated when you open souls? It is possible to get 4-5 same Liliths in a row. There must be some kind of tuning. How the random numbers are generated?
