I played 2 keys in a row and got 22 & 24 wins only 1 loss each key. Then on the 3rd key, I had a loss almost every other run. It's so random, I changed nothing.
DEVS: using light talisman and space talisman together is extremely difficult. Adding a second space set makes it unbearable. The problem comes because the light gives immortality to the space wearer. You try to kill the light wearer, they get the space trigger. That protects them long enough to trigger a new set of immortality on all. If you kill the space wearer, the immortality revives them and the space talisman will retrigger. It creates the same endless loop as 2 brave talisman wearers. Unless you can apply perma/perfect death, you will eventually die before they do.
Regarding the last fight, it far easier than wave 3. Still, it is WAY too random to be reasonable. I'm not exactly sure how to prevent the randomness other than making sure all your toons have immunity or perfect immunity to prevent stacking debuffs allowing the enemy Eddie to wipe in one shot
I'm sure the dungeon would be easier if we weren't required to use such subpar characters for the achievements. And, if the key didn't cost so much, or we weren't required to clear 300 times, it might not be so bad to do one at a time, but as it is, the 300 runs plus the complicated design makes the dungeon too costly for probably 95% of the players.
Sounds like I will be giving this one a miss for some time, like at least until I have all my relics done (almost there but not quite yet). Still have most other dungeon achievements to do anyway.
Not even looked at it yet to be honest. I gave up Saturday and just left the phone in my jacket as it kept crashing - over and over. Anyway, got new game data so hopefully a bit more stable and workable. Thanks to all the folks having a go at this as having a starter like this really helps but by looks of it is a hell of a hard dungeon.
Yup, as ever you put loads of effort in that the rest of us can benefit from so your time and efforts are greatly appreciated - as are the others who give different set ups a run through.
With that very high cost (the Mayan cost is utterly daft by the way) for this dungeon it looks like a medium term thing for me as still got several others to do. Saying that if we can only use 120 SoT per key then that is actually a very good thing as I can plug away at it each day or so when I build up some free sands. That to me is actually pretty OK to work with and hopefully means I can actually chop away at the dungeon day by day.
Skipping this one for the next year or so. Or until they include this dungeon in one of the next events. This is what was done with Maya, Raven and Airstrip recently. Without that event, also these 3 dungeons would be unseen for me. From my perspective these are by far too many dungeons, and the next will follow as we see from the sneak preview in our achievment tab. Who the hell has so much time to play? And all these 2 hours dungeons blocking or mobiles for normal usage... What's your plan behind it? Do you really want to have mainly people as players who have no life? Apart from that, how can you release a new time restricted dungeon while the connection issues are not solved? And again, no temporary time limit increase as a kind of compensation?
As I don't have dark lilith or lucifer, I would need to spend the next months (or years?) only in the LoL dungeons when there is no other event running...whenever this will be :D
However, nice idea to give an area where Labyrinth talis can drop. I think those players that missed them during the respective event, will be really glad about this dungeon....if they can play it, as I read that the dungeon seems pretty hard!
Blade made a lot of good points on cost/time issues of multiple dungeons. Clans will also require some sort of Sands type energy to play, which will also require ironite or coins to refill etc. plus time and new Clan environments (more server strain) Too many dungeons are high cost, time consuming players are skipping them, but the dungeons are there conflicting the servers. This game is a constant Beta Test. Developers, the players are telling you very specifically multiple issues. Please pay attention. Game is extremely temperamental, and you constantly are adding to the strain without benefit. Why?!?

I am using a blend of Yups and Stormseyes teams. Credit goes to Olevipoeg.
The order might be important as well, so I will list in order:
Eddie: Hallowed - Orbit (I use Skilled for extra health, dont know if this is required)
Left slot: Wrathchild - Yin/Yang
Center: Angel - Persecution/Sustaining/Cosmic (immunity cosmic is most stable)
Right slot: Lilith - Fortune/LIFE cosmic (must be life)/random green mystical for max health
You *might* get away with using an actual life set on lilith, but I couldnt make it work because you lose the fortune protection. I used Life/Sustaining/Inspiration with almost constant failure, but a life cosmic works.
I can't imagine playing most of the frontier dungeons 300+ times. Sure it's interesting to see the new ones and you get some decent rewards the first time you finish but the high SOT cost and obnoxious difficulty gets old. You have to manage your resources pretty carefully in this game and this doesn't seem like the best use of them.

Seems to working well, but slow. Averaging about 3:30 with no losses so far...
The thing that caught my eye was no cosmic talisman in this setup.
UPDATE: This setup is now about 45% effective after reset. What I've been able to catch while on auto is Hallowed will Ghost in the last wave then self destruct.
Ya, this dungeon is BS! I dont have gunner minotaur either. This works too:
Hallowed Ed - (Orbit)
Angel O Mercy -
(Persecution/Sustaining/cosmic)
Lilith (Avenger/Grail/cosmic -fate)
Werewolf - (yin yang)
Note: on auto, you still have to target Daedalus first
But is too damn slow for the time given/price
I'm surprised how few are using Redemption talismans. They really help remove the invincibility and endure. I put Redemptions on the G LOL here and it's much more reliable on auto. Still loses occasionally, but it doesn't really require any focused babysitting.
Hi Gents Iv’e started again since there seems to be a lot of struggle.... I don’t feel quite so on my own.
I couldn’t get either of the gunner lol’s to work for me.
I know many of you haven’t got him but Gunner Minotaur is absolutely awesome, might be a good time to drop a bunch of souls during the sacrificial event if you have anything left to offer.
I tried Hallowed with orbits, that was a non event.... I put Valor on hallowed and have him as a passenger.
I have been using all the required characters at the same time with similar or the same Talisman combo’s as previously mentioned.
Angel has banner and serenity. I have watched and experienced this dungeon get steadily more difficult with every reset daily, what worked yesterday does not work today, auto is virtually impossible, though I did have good success with it early.
So I will be doing this one manually it’s faster for one thing and it is getting me back to reason I started playing in the first place.
I have managed 4 straight wins in 15 minutes which is better than 4 losses in half an hour prior to that.
Final curtain use Minotaur power move, remove all buffs then switch to Hallowed, use measured blow on Icarus to perfect death him then use Minotaurs move and finish him off with no worry of Icarus coming back, the rest is history.
Survive one round of Shadow Ed and Minotaur normally finishes him off.
I do hope this helps, manual is actually quite fun again, just a shame we have to do it so many times... good luck troopers!
Definate meta change. Was winning 2 days ago around 75% of the time, today dropped to 15% with exact same team. Absolute shite.
I am going to sit this out for now as it is longer term goal like many other dungeons and I plan on doing them first. Finishing off Raven today or tomorrow and still got a lot of the final Mayan to do (but that is super hard too and expensive to do). I am plugging away at LOL achievements too and only got two left to do (Assassin and Gunner LOL) but that will need to wait a bit as need to get them both to fully awakened and that will take a little time due to lack of gold and resources for the top end items needed. Saying that I have got quite a few maxed and I must say I like the Raven characters - a really nice addition to my gauntlet teams so looking for ward to maxing my last two of those as well.
Oh yes, indeed! Opened so many souls since he was released...never showed up! Despite I was pretty lucky lately getting Samurai Emperor from the free event souls, both new dogs from a few rare souls and gunner PDK from one legendary heroic.
Apart from that: man you guys have a lot time to play! All these dungeons are piling up for me. I only fnished the basic missions to get the characters for trooper and infernal dungeons. No time to play all the others and I really hope we have reached the limit of these time limited dungeons soon.
I did a mistake and opened this dungeon because the key looks like the daily golden key. I can only play with Angel Eddie, because I didn't maxed Gunner Bat and didn't got all needed talismans. Funny dungeon for 1% of the player base, so I wait until I got enough free keys from events (I never will buy a key with FC, because I 1st need the LOLs) and until I get the Gunner Minotaurus.
300 times this...300 times that...I don't have the time and desire to farm 24/7.
Getting sick of this dungeon. Nothing working consistently after reset yesterday.
No loss with Angel - Angel of Mercy - Lilith & Minautor but only 12 runs in 2h. For 250FC, it's quite expensive ...
Mino seems to be the trick and naturally I do not have him so I am really just going to sit this out for a bit. He is going to be my new white whale for sure (as his green brother is too). Plenty other stuff to do anyway and hopefully they consider making it easier as there cant be many folk playing it...though it may soak up ironite which the devs will want to see I guess.
Trust me, a gunner Minotaur is essential to a gunner team

This is my team for this dungeon. Works 99% on auto and it is fast enough with 2:10 the fastest and 3:25 the slowest that i seen.
I lost one time having the eddie inflicted with dark ghost and getting multiple turns.
Hallowed Eddie - Orbit (Angel Eddie ride-along)
Minotaur - Redemption & Serenity
Angel of Mercy - Inspiration, Sustaining, Cosmic (Echo) + other random talisman
Lilith - Fortune, Cosmic (Life Passive) + other random talisman
Also, the order is important for speed.
If no Minotaur, the team works well with Lord of Light or Wrathchild but it is much slower.
LE: It seems that Hallowed Eddie dies more often than it happened when running the first key. With the second key i had lost 2 times, all in the last wave, in the first 10 runs, but i did not seen exactly why.
I think it is the same problem with ghosting because no toons are close to dying at any point in this dungeon.
LLE: With the second key i scored 31 wins & 4 defeats. The number of wins could have been a little higher, maybe 35-37, but i did not watch the phone at all times and some time was lost due to defeats. Also, i ended the run 10 minutes earlier as i did not want to do another refill.
that right there is my problem with this dungeon. it is so random. Ive tried a bunch of configurations, position changes, i can run 20-30 with no losses... then i can have a string of 4 or 5 in a row. same team, no changes.
The entire dungeon relies too heavily on RNG and as we all know the RNG in this game is probably the worst ive ever seen. This goes from triggering abilities all the way up to the characters from souls or the cosmic talisman types... the "random" is like... scheduled, or something. Echo is the new cosmic ability, so suddenly we are opening tons of them. soon echo will disappear almost completely and some new ability will be the "random" choice. I can open 3 mythic souls and get the same guy? how is that possible? I mean obviously there is a minute % chance that it will happen... but really?
So since the RNG is clearly not very R... then it doesnt seem fair to make a dungeon that relies so heavily on it.
I totally agree with this opinion. Reading all the posts concerning this dungeon I will take my time and wait for the dev team to make some tuning. As for the RNG...heh...It is a sad story indeed. I somewhere saw in the troopers FB page, a post about how another similar game "alters (raises)" the luck after you have opened souls of the same type. If any from the dev team is reading this, I would kindly ask them to consider it.
Nice team, thanks. I used it now and sucessfully ran 1 key with just 1 defeat at 1h:35m, total of 33 wins, better than the same team with different setup i was using before. (minotaur with yin and yang)
I don't have a cosmic with life passive, so I used on lilith Grail, Life and Sacred sets.
i have many characters but never found gunner minotaur,don't know why devs not put him in any event or in any other soul...
I hear ya, I wish he would appear in the heroic soul rotation at some point.
I'm sure gunner Minotaur would help, but I've been using Hallowed Ed, Wrathchild, yellow bat and Lilith with pretty good success. Last night I had 24 wins and only 1 loss on a key, but everyone is right, things can suddenly go badly in that dungeon. I would've had more wins if not for a run of connection errors! It's kind of messed up that they have SO many dungeons with time limits with this kind of server instability. I've pulled 4 lab talismans on almost 100 runs (all barrier) so far.
finished the 300 dungeon runs. got only 3 labyrinth talis and tons of sacred talis, thats stupid. atleast im glad thats over
Sonova.... .. needed 7 more runs.. that meant 14-21 minutes in the dungeon..had 18 minutes left... start a run.. crash.. relaunch.. now the dungeon timed out in 6 minutes (the relaunch didn't take 10 minutes)... which meant I needed another key for 5 final runs.
300 runs = 5 Labyrinth talismans (1 set - Barrier), 3 Sacred talismans (1.5 sets - Will)
Like most of the no-fury Eds, he comes fully skill sharded.

It's a slight variation of Natasmai's team a few pages ago. I didn't have a life cosmic talisman, so I couldn't use the fortunes to help her.

The only real problem is when the red minotaur in the 3rd wave gets multiple extra turns. 27 wins, 2 losses on the key I just ran. Pulled 4 sacred (all will).
Quick general question: I have 8,639 awakening soul fragments. Is it better to use them in the "specials" store or redeem some awakening souls for materials? I need a bunch more of the 1* shards to go from 1 purple star awakening to 2 purple stars.
