Assassin madness team best so far-
Iron Ed with Fate & Guard, "Crab"with Destiny & Advantage, Soulless Demon with Oracle, Lilith with Etetnal
Unfortunate the back pocket Eddie talisman effect bug was fixed, would be useful now.
So,after numerous loses finaly found decent assassin team.
Iron Eddie with Angel/Advantige,random purple
Astra with Eclipse
Lilith with Eternal
Pyro Soldier with Destiny,Wapr
And in the background Storm Eddie with Oracles
It`s not 100% reliable,but work just fine.
I tried the same team without Storm Eddie and Astra always died. Made it through after adding Storm with the Oracles on him. It's a slow go, but does work.
My team is:
- Iron Eddie
- Purple Lilith
- Purple Demon Spawn
- DESERT SNIPER with echo + advantage (he deal nice dmg against targets with a lot of buffs)
Just got a 53 fragment drop and Eclipse talisman from madness. Mostly rewards are dismal for the effort. I had almost forgot how NF is stingy during the Tornado of Skill Shard sacrifice event that just finished. Back to normal now.
I finished the Magus and was working on the warrior and the rewards are really not worth the cost. I'm done with this event. I love the new dungeon, but it costs too much to play it.

Eclipse talisman update . . . I'm up to 5 in about 200 runs, mostly on Hard.
I haven't started any of the class specific challenges yet so I'm just concentrating on the Madness Auto to get another set of the Eclipse talis...
Been having to work too much today so the team I'm using with pretty good success is:
DDE: Fate / Chance
Baroness Redan : 4 Life / 2 shell
Prisoner: Primordial
Mag Lilith: Destiny / Immunity
Haven't had a loss in about 800 SoT but it's been pretty close now and again and I wondered how I survived.
I know there are better combinations out there, but this is all I had time for today.

If you check the Rewards description box, there are lots of potential goodies in here: FCs, skill shards, rare souls, Eclipse talismans, etc. I'm just saying don't necessarily decide it's too expensive until you've considered the final set of rewards vs. the final out of pocket cost. It may still not be worth it to you, but the Achievement rewards and Halloween Soul fragment drops are only part of the whole picture.
For those looking for an Assassin Auto Farm team. Works just as good on manual but man it smokes on Auto.

Turns out that if you have Redemption Talismans handy then they'll take away the revenge buffs that make the first wave so annoying. After that it's a real cakewalk.
Iron Eddie: Fate, Guard
Astra: Redemption, Vampire
Assassin Corrupt Rescuer: Destiny, Sustaining
Set: Angel, Immortality
I also have Storm Eddie riding shotgun with Oracle Talismans for the healing and health buff
Takes me around 2 or 3 ish minutes on auto but it works perfectly.
Just got a skill shard and rare soul on back-to-back runs. A little less exciting than normal, given all the loot from the Sacrifice event. But, still goes to show that the value of the dungeon is better than it might first appear.Quote:

Try using. DDE, prisoner, Osiris,G lilith. It was stated previously in this thread..
DDE should have angel/fate talis.

I minute on hard, 3 minutes on madness.
I definitely like the look of the dungeon. I am guessing we will be seeing it again when Night City FINALLY becomes available. The purge talismans and rewards for doing the first two class specific runs will come in handy as that will give me enough fragments to complete a 7th son for sacrifice. Not sure if I will bother with the madness challenge as yet. Or how much grinding I will do as rewards are kinda so so after the sac event. I did manage to get two lots of 10 Frontier coins from the normal level though so if Eclipse talismans or F/C drops happen a bit more I might grind more.
I have a question as to why the reward for 250 runs has 2* evo runes and not 3*? Now 9 of 3* runes is worth grinding for as those are like gold atm, but 2* is so....pointless.
I would like to see more of these temporary dungeons too. A Xmas dungeon perhaps with Xmas souls for a chance at coal-giver, krampus, S. Elf?
I found a team that can defeat the madness level. I used iron Eddie, sekmet, prisoner, and gunner lilith. Lilith has eternal, prisoner primordial, sekmet valor, and iron is using guard and assassin and explosive.
Kaz-can you yank out the pumpkins and put in Krampus and Elf with some Xmas decorations and make a cool Christmas dungeon for us? Playing this new environment is a blast, hope it can recycle.
Nice dungeon, but what is the drop rate of eclipse talisman ??
322 battles (200 hard, 15 easy and the rest madness), and only 2 eclipse talismans, one dropped in the easy stage, and one in the hard stage ....
I second this with possessed snowmen, wickerdeer, elves (add warrior and magus versions to compliment the sentinel version) and the likes of krampus and coal-giver as the bosses. Would be a cool way to try to earn krampus and coal-giver too as I dont have any of them.Quote:

I have received only one eclipse talisman from running in hard since yesterday.
Using Iron Eddy, Blue Lillith, Prisoner and Icarus. 100% wins after 180 battles on madness. Got 3 Eclipses so far.
What talis are you using on IE and Icarus.
@Inishmore: It's Angel of Mercy, don't use it's, its bugged.
1600 SOT spent, around half of it on Madness - 1 Eclipse talisman. I got back to the game just after the first event ended and wanted a set ever since...

EDIT: Switched Hallowed to Iron Eddie with Death and Guard and holy shit, he means business... ahahahuha
I've tried Beast, Samurai, Piece of mind, Hallowed, Iron Ed, they've all died at one point or another.
So forgetting about the Assasin quest for a moment, assuming your just farming, I'm running (of all things) Crusader Eddie, yes the count will cancel gold buffs on all of them but by the time He's taken them off the Crusaders fury has gone off again and all are protected..
It really works not one death of eddy or an ally so far, I'm using Magis, Assasin and Gunner Lillith to assist...
