My sweeper team for Madness level:
Final Frontier Eddie: Present, Energy
Madam: Alchemy
Killer Beast: Inspiration, Warlord, Sustaining
Lilith: Destiny, Immunity
Never failed me in 30 runs. Takes about 3:00+ each run. It's slow but 100% effective.
60% seems a bit high for the Labyrinth talismans. I remember how 35% used to be like the universal proc rate for most Talismans back in the day it would be a fine rate for these considering that the backup is only 10% of your health goes down whenever you get hit

Troll is good because he carries the Destiny set to help overall damage reduction on the team. You could use Icarus for the same purpose but the Troll swings many times and he grants the whole team beneficial effects. With as many swings as the AI gets I am looking at Sentinel Mayan Priestess (though I still harbor ill feelings towards her). Load her with Necropolis Talisman and Energy. I tried with Sentinel Marauder as blocker but all the negative effects kept killing him since he has no Banshee to hide behind. The Angel of Strife carries the Radiant to help against any offensive effects plus he gets a random defensive effect to help him survive. You could go without a blocker almost since the damage is mitigated from Destiny but I was not sure how hard the enemies would hit.

The green bay is the weak part of the team, came close to being killed on the first wave, if you make it through then it is a breeze. Would using Icarus with fortune instead of AoS work, but the few stuns AoS deals can be beneficial.
The first wave is the hardest, Eddie at the end is easy.

The Labyrinth Astra is definitely the sticking point but if you go manual then you can target the other members and leave her for last. One thingthat has always bothered me about auto-farming is that the attack AI always go from left to right targeting even if a weaker target is available. The is completely the opposite of the defense AI does in the Arena. The Arena AI is much smarter and targets blockers, healers and weak targets. Why not use the same AI for player using auto play?
You could substitute out Bat for Icarus and run Avenger talismans which would help and keep Troll with Destiny for mitigation.

tried out many. atm best working from checked ones ffe (greed/warlord), icarus (Sustain/fortune), derby demon (frontier), troll (fortune/Sustain)
best is the wrong word...less worse would be right^^

Is there any true reason to farm madness? I feel like hard/normal is more appropriate if you wanna just farm the shards and such.

When my uncle and I farmed for the ferryman, the rewards earned farming madness were worth the effort and SoW. The rewards given for madness versus normal far outweighed the SoT cost. The final SoW cached at the end of the event was worth more than 1500 ironite, not including what was used. 200 3* evo runes and a bunch of skill shards was a bonus.
If you have the time and ironite madness level dungeons are worth farming.
