Rather than getting more and more irritated by how long it's taking to fix everything - rage-quitting & deleting the app, maybe you should take a break from this game for a week and give the devs some time to sort this out properly. It should be based on a percentage of total money spent and given in the form of Ironite in my opinion - rather than a blanket offering to everyone (even those who haven't spent a dime). That would be the most fair action. Keeping the loyalty of the games biggest fans should be the top priority. I would just hate to see players rage quit before the game really has a chance to blossom.

Leapdroid worked better then Bluestacks for me. I don't use it anymore in fear that my account could be lost because of multiple devices.
To remain fair they should've taken down the game completely after these massive reports of people not being able to play it until things are sorted out! So now the others can take huge advantage and run miles and miles ahead of us that are affected while we will forever remain behind!

I just got a pop up saying I have to download new files and restart the game.

This is just cruel...
- I download the update
- I launch the game
- I get a popup about the dungeons being open
- I click on time rift & get "This feature will be released in a future update"

I also got a bunch of false notifications from the troopers and book of souls buttons
Seems to me like a quick fix before the main event?

Well,I got the same as everyone else.Talk about shooting someones hopes down in flames.
But to close out the game before this update or whatever this cannon was,all I had to do was hit the back button on my phone and I could close the game out.Well now it won't close out,so I have to go and force stop the game to stop it from running in the background WTH.
And on top of the disapointment, i cannot close my game anymore lol.

I can't back button (android) out of game.
My game has been crashing every few matches since first time rift update. Possible reason trooper friends using my hero? Everytime I restarted it, there were trooper friend earned you 25 point notices.
My game calendar just rolled over and nothing seems to have changed...

I'm in the rift too, no serious drops so far in the first six matches but 25+ ironite every match.
Time clicked over 8pm Eastern here in Toronto. Can get in the dungeon to Lord of Light and the back button to close the game works again. Android Galaxy A5 . Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, just used soldier eddie's fury, and it bugged out in the dung, the cutscene were the tank gets into the place got cut off and a giant tank just was sitting there blocking my view on the mission while shooting missiles, well atleast its gone now...
Impossible 4 me to get 3* evolution shards. Where do these shards drop? Timerift L10? Underworld madness?
Aaah... I know... you want our money, right? Im off now until the drop rate of these shards is back to normal...
