I wonder, does it going to change rare soul drops? Should i wait to gamble them or not?

I agree the update is not online cause this morning, only shards or poor runes in secret areas. Underworld madness with 2 shards makes me very very angry !

Just logged in the game got message servers will be down at 11 am pst. A little over 30 min away.
