Same here. Finished Master I and got rewards for Master III. Ticket sent. That really sucks!!!
Same here - rewards for one tier worse than where I finished.
I finished AAA and had the rank to get 100 frags and only got the 90 tier.
Same here, 3rd time it's happened. Wish they would fix this.

If this happens send a ticket. I had the same issue and contacted the support team. Problem solved in less than 24 hours. This time things went smooth, I got the right reward
I also got wrong rewards and already sent a ticket. It's becoming a habit, because I rarely get the right rewards.
I got the wrong ones this time too. I mean it's only a difference of 10 fragments but then again if the season ends and I miss the Mariner by 10 fragments I'm gonna be pissed. Hopefully it will get sorted out.
I did get my rewards from the Gauntlet but I did not receive my rewards for the Arena this past week. Got to Duelist 2 and no rewards have popped up yet.
Sent in a ticket 2 days ago and no reply yet.
It usually takes a few days. I have a ticket in for wrong gauntlet rewards. As long as you got a confirmation, you should get a response soon.Quote:

Same here - rewards were for one level worse than I finished. Email support, and they'll fix it for you.
Yeah... hopefully within 13 days, but hey you can always buy the Gauntlet Season 2 Ender Pack for $39.99 to help you complete the missing fragments [sarcasm].
I just had a scary thought... how many fall for this and buy the pack without contacting support first?

Sometimes I also think they don't fix it on purpose, 3 million downloads, how many will write to support for this bug.

Wrong rewards again. I sent a ticket in as well. I think I'm up to the 4th time I received the incorrect rewards.
Wrong rewards here too, I'm honestly getting used to it, sending a ticket to the support team is part of the process of receiving the rewards when a rotation arrives. I figure I'm about to send the 4 or 5 ticket...
But well, at least this is a problem that is always resolved with attention and considerable speed, it is only getting very repetitive.
And I noticed one thing, now to get a complete set of talismans, do you need to reach S + #rank level? Is this intentional?

Mine were a grade less also, but I had enough for the Mariner so I didn’t give a rats ass. Figured it wasn’t worth the bother. Games so effed up it’s actually comical at this point.
I just figure it's like the arena.. ranking change in that last hour... someone else getting 1 more win or loss cna throw you out of tier.

I wonder how it is even possible to fuck this up ? Take a snapshot of the ranks at gmt+0 and distribute rewards accordingly. Can't shake the feeling it's intentional. A large fraction prolly doesn't even notice, and of those who do another large fraction doesn't bother to send a ticket.

The "good" thing is we can just forward the mail from 2 weeks ago and only change the screenshot with your Gauntlet stats. I normally also add a screenshot from the popup where we can claim our Gauntlet rewards just to be sure. Integrate at least the one with your stats and they normally can fix it within a few days!
all weeks we must send a mail to support for that...
I've never had a problem with the wrong rewards. Not everyone has this problem. It's hard to believe it is a random bug, wonder why it is happening.
And now they have increased the level you need to reach to get a full set of talismans. Before it was only necessary AAA, now is S.
