LoL XV, 4th Wave freezing. Devs, PLEASE help. [Ticket # 49197]

I've opened a ticket, [Ticket # 49197] on December 14th.

The issue: LoL XV, 4th wave. All opponents stand there and stare at each other, indefinitely (until the Dungeon expires). There is no 'Exit' option. App must be force stopped. Issue frequently reoccurs immediately, on the 1st run after restarting the app. There have been 3 occurrences within the 1st 35 minutes of the current LoL key I am running.

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have had the exact same issue on multiple devices. I have changed out every member of my team, and their talismans (with the exception of using a Fully Awakened Cyborg Eddie, and the T3 Cyborg talisman).

Devs, PLEASE help me with this issue. If I cannot play the LoL XV level, I may not be able to continue playing this game at all. Meaning all the time and money I've spent will be wasted.

I've opened a new ticket [Ticket # 51091] and referenced [Ticket # 49197].

@Navigator, when are you going to fix this?
This issue still exists and always on the fourth wave. I'm also using Max Awakened Cyborg.
This is a game breaking bug, not to mention that each run in XV costs 35 sands! Thirty-five!
Stop making new useless events and start fixing bugs, FFS!

Same thing is experienced by me. I think it is related to damage calculations done by the game after Cyborg Eddie uses his fury.

I also suspect it has something to do with Shardbornes/Onyx Sons being resurrected. This combined with Cyborg's fury gets the game to freeze.
I lost count how many times it happened, always in the same place.

it is caused by combination of gunner onxy sons passive and cyborgs fury.
If you use Prisoner you can get that wave without trouble. Alternatively max awakened Dark Lilith prevents all revives, so she also works. Another option would be inflicting perma/perfect death but haven't tried that

Nevertheless, the bug is nasty and needs fixing.

Already triesd Prisoners - caused the same problems. Haven’t played LOL XV for a while now because of that.

I've played LoL XV hundreds of times and have never had the freeze. Just keep switching out toons for different ones until you find the trouble maker(s).

For Reference my team:
Number of the Beast Ed - Forge
Max Awakened Wickerman - Ragnarok, Future Cosmic
Max Horus - Guardian, Energy, Horus T3 (I really need to clean up his talismans now that he's useful again)
Max Dark Lillith - Reaper, Tranquility

I run scrooge, d lith, w LoL, d wrath and never has a problem

No prob with hallowed Ed, w lol, Charlotte, moonchild

No problems with: Alex, Lucifer Morningstar, The Killer and Wicker man Fully awakened

What's the full team and talismans?

To the people that are saying their team doesn't have issues, you are missing the point. The bug appears only when maxed cyborg is used without another character preventing revives (KP, Dark Lilith etc). Other teams that do not use cyborg Eddie obviously work.

Preccisely, I was using MAX cyborg, prince beezelbub, dark lilith and charlotte

If you were using dark lilith, no revives should have happened? Is cyborg broke? Or is d lilith broke?

So why are you guys still trying to use Max Cyborg if you think that's the issue?

Those of us who have given other teams did so to give you alternatives. Yes the bug needs to be fixed but there are workarounds. I think you missed our point.

I had working teams for LOL 15 much before I maxed my Cyborg Eddie which was only 2 months ago. I have only taken him there once to specifically check for this bug. The developers haven't put this in high enough priority probably because there are plenty of alternatives. But the same bug can occur in other places if they don't fix it. This will be more troublesome if it appears in event dungeons. People will be disappointed if they realise that the character that they have spent so much resources on to max awaken can't be used to play the game.

Sure it is nice that there are alternatives, but I think that posting them in the pinned strategy thread is better and would not undermine this issue to the developers.

On a separate note, this bug is not just related to cyborg Eddie. It can happen whenever the game does long calculations. I have seen it happen in the halloween dungeon, Odin etc with other characters. This will just get worse in the future because the buff-debuff system in the game is going to get longer and more complicated with every update.

I dont believe that it is specific to cyborg on wave 4 of XV. I know members of my clan had similar problems with a different team. It may be due to the third wave with all those buffs the enemies produce. Then it hangs on wave 4. It's similar to game hangs after completing a battle and it hangs before the rewards drop.

I don't disagree with a thing you said which is why I see value in us posting teams that both work and fail. Unfortunately we as the players do the brunt of the troubleshooting and testing in this game.

By posting teams that work frustrated players can find alternatives so that they can still run dungeons and devs can narrow down their list from "long calculations" to "long calculations except from these scenarios in this dungeon".

Posting teams that fail give the devs an explict and repeatable scenario for testing.
