Viking Invader Eddie is making his Legacy of the Beast debut!

This character is the fully skill sharded, special edition version of Viking Eddie!

From now until April 24th at 5PM PDT, complete Clan event challenges in the Time Rift to earn rewards such as Forged Fragments, Valhalla Maiden Fragments (including Fragments for our latest Maiden - Rota!), Vanquisher Fragments and more!

Trade Vanquisher Fragments for Rewards!

Vanquisher Fragments can be traded for a variety of rewards including Viking Invader Eddie, Cosmic Viking Talismans and Norse Awakening Shards to power up the newly awakenable Viking Eddie!

Viking Invader Eddie, the special edition version of Viking Eddie, comes fully skill sharded and armed with the Helm of Awe passive, replacing the regular Viking fury attack.

This ability gives immunity to all Stun and Freeze effects to all allies and inflicts Taunt on all enemies! It will also give your team 5 Power and Heals Eddie every action. This passive will also revive Eddie with Full HP, grant Immortality or Endure to all allies and apply Perfect Heal Block and Perfect Death to all enemies when you die.

New Cosmic Viking Talismans can be equipped to either Viking Invader Eddie or Viking Eddie! They will increase all stats in battle, reduce incoming damage and ensure you take no damage on the first round of battle. They also give Immunity to Stun and Freeze effects, drain enemy Fury and Remove All Beneficial Effects, including Golden Effects from a random enemy and deal random damage to a random enemy for every effect removed.

Since Vanquisher Fragments are meant to be spent in store they will ‘loop’ if you claim a Vanquisher Soul (if claimed, a Vanquisher Soul will simply produce 500 Vanquisher Fragments, and 1 1* Gold Idol, thus returning the fragments used to create it, and the Gold spent to summon it). If you do not wish to spend these Fragments in store, you can always convert them into Precious Soul Fragments.

Notes on Clan Event Challenges:

Players can join a Clan part way through an event in order to obtain these extra Event Challenges.

If you are removed from your Clan, or choose to Leave a Clan during the event, you will no longer be able to participate in the Clan Event Challenges. After the 24 hour cooldown you can then join a different Clan. This will give you access to any active Clan Event Challenges, and any Clan Group Challenges will be updated to the current total for your new Clan. If the Clan has already completed and claimed a Clan Group Challenge, the new member will not be able to claim that reward. Players will not gain double rewards by Clan hopping.

Umm 25,000 frontier dungeons run? Did I read that correctly or should I get my vision checked?

So the only way to get Vanquisher frags is via purchase or clan event completion? They don't drop anywhere?

What drugs are you on guys? You have to share such powerful and addictive substances! 25k runs in 7 days between 30 guys. 120 runs more or less per person, per day. On dungeons that need keys.

Oh and the eddie is more expensive than Odin.

And there are two Odins. And the cosmic talismans. And we have to awaken Viking Eddie.

I know you guys do shit at the office and can do this amount of runs, without even taking into account ironite for sands of time, but some of us still have to WORK from home or go to our jobs. And actually do something. And sleep.

Game is dead and this is a cashgrab.

The counter is not working properly as I have more frontier dungeons run in the individual challenge than the clan challenge. Unless Eddie's Edventure shouldn't count towards the group "clear frontier dungeons" challenge? If not, why is it just counting for the individual challenge?

Normally the frontier dungeon challenges require any dungeon that uses a key to unlock. If it's counting for one but not the other though, that's just business as usual.

That's what I thought too, but I remember a while ago one of the event dungeons counted as frontier. I don't remember its name though

First off, thanks for the nice events and the chance you give us, through clan challenges completion, to earn characters and stuff.
However, the constant connection errors and sudden restarts of the app make it a rather difficult chore. The spinning wheel is here again.
What's more, the Edventure dungeon is not registering challenges to me, while it counts to other players. How can it be in the time rift and not count the challenges?

This one took a little while to put together, for obvious reasons...

UPDATE: I made a huge mistake with my original post sorry. It is not possible to earn the new Invader Eddie without achieving the 25 Frontier Runs with your clan, or spending money buying fragments. On the charitably named positive side... if you manage to do the impossible, you'll be able to afford both Invader and the T3 cosmic.

The 25k Frontier Dungeon challenge appears incredibly demanding. Thankfully, if your clan is able to reach 15k, and all the other challenges, that will give you enough Vanquisher Fragments to afford the new Invader Eddie and the T3 Cosmic. Make sure your clan plans to reach that milestone, and anything extra you manage will be a nice bonus. Now is the time to explore those frontier dungeons you've been putting off. I wish that's true. 30k - 6k = 24k... you can't get Viking Invader Eddie without the ridicoulous 25k frontier dungeon run challenge.

Damn it, you're right. I accidentally had an extra 0 in one of my off-screen columns... damn it. Have updated my previous post. Sorry about the false hope everyone.

So, updates... It is IMPOSSIBLE to get Invader Eddie without either doing the 25k Frontier runs or buying fragments. This just went from "difficult, but doable" to just sucking an awful lot. Devs, might be worth increasing the event duration.

@Leviathan, I have chosen the worst possible moment to change clans and will now be short on fragments because of this silly CLAN requirement of 100 or 250 passes for the entire clan...

Clan is nicely coordinated and they put pulled the break on clearing challenges for my sake, but 1 person can do it in no time....

From what I understood, these rewards won't be claimable for me as I weren't in the clan when they finished them.

What about this scenario where one is on a cooldown and was not a member of another clan at the moment the event launched?

There was no prior warning about this event launch or event, so could you possibly rethink the way clan rewards are handled- perhaps to let the user do it himself or clan do it again?

Thank you for fixing the Dog's cosmic talisman. It's a wonderful thing now. However I have to agree w the first comment. 25k Frontier Battles is a lot

Would love to play this morning but the servers seem to have other ideas. Good thing this isn't an event that revolves around grinding a lot.

After struggling to open the game for 3 hours, game finally opened. Played skull quests and two Odin battles and game kicked me out. Best part? Just got the compensation pack so full sot and sob in the account.

Hey,Devs,25K runs is really overwhelming task and with this crash rate it goes to impossible.

I have to agree that the lag and delays and restarts (I'm assuming the lag/crash/new game data/force quits are restarts of some kind) are making it very difficult to complete dungeon runs. I purchased a mega refill before lunch and just realized that I still have 3/4 of the ironite remaining 4 hours later.

really... if i can play without a crash or freezing i can say if is possible or no.
arena is impossible to play..
i can do 2 or 3 runs and after the game need restart...
the problem is the quests for clans... yesterday the game was so fine .....

Cmon guys.... normal clans can make like 2K dungeon runs a day, if everything worked probably 12/14k runs are made... and by the end of this everyone is drained out of ironite from refills, and probably need to buy from money the remaining frags anyway.
This is basically a 2week event in 6 days, and surely there will be overlapping of the remaining event list.
This is getting way too abusive in a sensitive time like this, that even the servers are not holding up to this greedy line of gradually scaling up the bar event after event, the bar is breaking.

You need to fix this talisman description to avoid surprises. It does not work on Viking unless he is fully awakened. You only needed to put one word there.

25k runs in 7 days is just too much.
You need all 30 members doing a 120 runs per day. Which is like 2-3 keys based on user level (or one frozen wasteland key)
Now combine this with connection errors. I was getting loading spinner thing for 4-5 seconds after every run yesterday, now I can't even do a run. Constant hangs freezes whatever.
My suggestion is either reduce required amount to something like 15k runs or increase duration to atleast 2 weeks.

Shut this game down, recode it and...buy more servers!

Yes, it's simply unreasonable at the best of times. The Einhejar's Path event, before the repeatable clan achievements were removed, only asked for 10k runs. That event had a similar duration, and was far more accessible for most players since the event dungeon had a Normal mode. 10,000 runs was reasonable under those circumstances, and there was enough wiggle-room for more active players to make up for their less active clanmates. There is no wiggle-room with this event, as 14k/30k of the event fragments hidden behind the final three frontier achievements. The previous Clan Sacrifice event was a step in the right direction compared with the last month's sacrifice, adding in a couple of intermediary goals, allowing more people to earn some rewards, instead of only a few clans able to earn everything.


While I don't mind the extra incentive to finish off some of the frontier dungeon achievements, it's hard not to think of previous events such as the 2019 Cyborg Monday dungeon which had to be modified and extended for similar reasons.

I have only been able to do about 1200 dungeon runs since the event started and have wasted 2 Frozen keys so far cause set up dungeon on a key for while I sleep and key got wasted. I should have been able to do at least 3000 runs by now given the rate of run speed.

Seriously, how the hell will I do 25,000 runs before the event ends??? I need to do 3500 runs per 24 hours to get this thing finished.

The fact that you were able to do 1200 astounds me. I've barely broken 100. I get 10mins at a time in game max.

I do understand that they plan things out in advance and it can be difficult to rework things when things go wrong and the next few events relied on those going well. But to solider on without adjusting is just going to make the errors compound.

I'm hoping that this radio silence is just them resting on the weekend and that they will regroup, meet up, and have a solution for us by EOD tomorrow.

We've just hit the 7k barrier.....great going by our clan considering all the instability and connection issues

We hit rn the 2k... I really don't know how we should be able to get to 10k imagine 25...

Our clan has an issue with missing Vanquisher Frags also currently. All our members are missing 600 frags.

We have done enough challenges to have earned 16,000 frags with 14,000 left to go, but we all have 15,400 frags. We have checked the math and all our members are missing those 600 frags.

We are emailing tickets regarding this, but thought I would mention here also in case other clans are missing frags as well and do not realize it yet.

I just wanted to point out that for me at least, last night and today the server seems to be performing better.
I was able to run a key overnight and have another going today without interruptions.

Jealous, I was not able to run my key for even an hour last night.

Which defeats the whole purpose of auto play doesn't it? This morning was the first time in a while I could actually make it through an entire key while autoplaying but then had a connection error right after I finished.

While an hour is better than 10 minutes, there is still plenty of room for improvement.
