Trailblazer Soul Details!

Collect 200 Trailblazer Fragments to create 1 Trailblazer Soul.

The Trailblazer Soul is a limited time event soul which guarantees a 3★ to 5★ character of any class, and has an exclusive chance of summoning Wasteland Eddie and Lone Star Eddie.

Lone Star Eddie is a sharpshooter out to serve justice! THIS 4★ GUNNER:
Passively applies Perfect Accuracy to himself and his allies
Applies a variety of negative effects to opponents, including Punishment and Perfect Bleed
Can grant random damage invulnerability to allies

Each Trailblazer Soul summoned will also grant the following bonus rewards:
10 Wasteland Eddie Soul Fragments
10 Heroic Mythical Soul Fragments
20 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments


Collecting 750 Wasteland Eddie Soul Fragments guarantees one 5★ Warrior Wasteland Eddie!

500 Heroic Mythical Soul Fragments guarantees a 5★ Highlight Character from the current Heroic Rotation!

400 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments guarantees a Tier 1 to Tier 3 Gold or Red Cosmic Talisman and 5★ Gold Idol.

Please note that Wasteland Eddie is not currently available in any other souls. After this event he will only be featured occasionally in Heroic Soul Rotations. If you miss your chance to recruit him, it may be a very long time until you get another chance!

Notes on Clan Event Challenges:

Players can join a Clan part way through an event in order to obtain these extra Event Challenges.

If you are removed from your Clan, or choose to Leave a Clan during the event, you will no longer be able to participate in the Clan Event Challenges. After the 24 hour cooldown you can then join a different Clan. This will give you access to any active Clan Event Challenges, and any Clan Group Challenges will be updated to the current total for your new Clan. If the Clan has already completed and claimed a Clan Group Challenge, the new member will not be able to claim that reward. Players will not gain double rewards by Clan hopping.

Wasteland Eddie is exclusive to this event; is he going to be coming back in Heroic Souls or the FC Store?

Can't sell as much Ironite without the FOMO? Of course he's coming back, everything comes back in due time. It's just if we want to wait at least 4 months (4 months ago I was told no more frontier dungeons planned and we all know how that turned out).

And of course becuase we have 2 clan events servers seem to be back to their sluggish selves so I won't be buying anything (for money or resources) until they settle. I'm hoping this is just normal restart sluggish-ness but history tells me that may not be the case.

Ow great, I'm so glad I chose to don't play much the previuly dungeom event, waiting for a solution to freezing game. Now we have 2 event dungeons runing simultaneously. There is nothing I love more in this game than overlaping grinding events!!!

Can't log in and frozen screens once there. Only thing that works is the spinning wheel of death....

Ancient Mariner is immune to True Damage from his passive, for example. Orbit Talismans make the whole team immune to True Damage. Siege Talismans make the wearer immune to physical damage, etc.

Am I the only one not seeing event challenges or anything at all related to the event in the store?

These “increased chances” events are the worst. I have more than enough ironite saved up, I could buy the 75 souls outright but I’m not going to do it.
That amount of ironite run in Lord of Light 15 during an event I could awaken a dozen characters and have a good supply of 5 star Liliths for sacrifice. 900 ironite for 10 characters, most of which will be 3 star, and a few talisman fragments is a bad deal. I’ll wait a few months and pick up Wasteland Ed in heroics, and put my ironite to better use.

Seriously, I have yet to hear one positive review about these poorly hidden buy ironite events. Even worse is we have conflicting reports (and no answer) about whether or not they are claiming this new Ed will be in Heroics.

Spoiler alert: he will be available later so please don't waste your real world money because they are trying to hit you with FOMO.

So my main issue atm is the constant connection error messages I get at the end of battles in Cosmos.

It's not all the time, and my net connection hasn't dropped out. Usually I hit "OK" and the thing spins for 2-3 secs and it works. Same even if I click OK just as it pops up.

Makes it really hard to actually leave the game running using up SoT.

I don't really have many "connection" issues here at all.. just random crashes at times. My biggest complaint is that I can't run the Mystic dungeon even once..... seriously, not even once.

To celebrate this lightning strike, I have set him as my defender in Arena, level 1 and no talismans. All you in top 100, enjoy taking out your "event" frustrations on him for the next 24 hours!

Yes, I can confirm this. I pulled him in the first set of souls that I opened.

I'm a day late, most of you will probably have finished them all by now, but here are the OUTBACK ONSLAUGHT (SANDS) event challenges. Spend heaps of sands of time and war, visit some frontier dungeons and head back into the arena, for another 2k Forged Fragments and up to 10 Trailblazer souls. Best of luck pulling Wasteland Eddie!

If the devs wanted to give all Australians who can prove they had a ticket to the cancelled Aus tour a free copy of Wasteland Ed, I wouldn't complain ;)

Question on his fury:

"Deal 300% of your MAX HP as random damage to the target and have that target deal 300% of its MAX HP as random damage to you"

Most of the time he is killing himself because of this shit fury. What's the point with it? Is there something I missed?
I got the feeling that it's another mistake by the devs as always when they introduce a new toon.
Can somebody explain how this should work?

PS: he is complete useless in this game!!!

I'd guess that if you have a damage block active, immortality, perfectly immortality, or any other reviving function active, you can deal massive damage to the target and circumvent the damage to you.

Would be a case where he had huge HP cause of buffs or talismans and your target does not. Then I would wonder if this would bypass "block" and such as well. But if he has 60,000 HP and your target has 12,000 HP, the target is toasty and Ed is still alive.

Requires testing before calling it "useless".

Gold and Souls Vault Skull Quest) 2nd stage. He fires his fury and my whole team is instantly killed. No shields or passive disabling on defending team.
