Have you contacted support? I don't think this is a widespread issue as other people seem to be playing. I just checked before I typed this post and can log in fine.
As for compensation, I wouldn't hold your breath. I was locked out for 9 weeks and got f**k all :(

I have been robbed of full talismans worth of upgrades that didn't stick while losing the runes un the process (early bug). I have lost at least a week's worth of chests and handfuls of other losses including shards and hourglasses. My compensation has been "Sorry, let us know if it happens again" Hell, Roadhouse just quit responding to my ticket(s).
The line is to the left behind those rotting corpses in front that were foolish enough to hold their breath waiting.
It's possible that there may be an internet hub somewhere causing problems. In that case some would be able to log on and play with no issues, others would have slight issues, while others couldn't get on at all. Seems to be the likely scenario here or these forums would be blowing up with complaints. I'd imagine it'll be fixed within the next 24 hours since the weekend will be over for all. Things happen with net based games, that's just how it is.
I had no problems at all - all weekend.
Game working 100% here too...only occasional lag.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my game again . I log in then I log in on Facebook then the game loads and is unbelievable choppy. I play one round and my trooper friend doesn't show up to battle. Play the level with amazing lag get to the rewards part and the game freezes. I swipe it away and go back in and it loads 75% then gets stuck.
I contacted support on Saturday but I still have no response.
Soitried to clear the data and the cache, the loaded the game created a new account, loaded just fine. But tried to log in to my account with my email and the game just kicked my out and tried to restart the game and gets to75% and then nothing
I'm one of those who fell into this trouble. But this morning I tried once more to reinstall the game (both on my phone and PC's bluestack), everything works perfectly.
Working mostly fine for me. Occasional lags and crashes as others have said, but mostly good.
Hope your situation is sorted soon.
i've heard a lot of people talking about this, but mine has been working without trouble :)
I went ahead and sent a ticket to support, since it doesn't look like this is going away. I hope this isn't one of those deals were I'll be locked out for months, because I'll lose interest before then.
Reeb99 you and me both . I spent more money on this game then any other game. More then I care to mention . I was having a great time . I've been very forgiving, but this might be unforgivable.

There was a update today, great right ,more stubilite fixes . I though great finally i can get back to the grind . Nope nada nothing. I can't say I'm surprised, but what really pissed me off was to see that dev Spartan replied to the skill shard post but not the game down post. I feel like the few of us that can't play are unimportant and not worth the time to help. Idk maybe a dev posted something somewhere else and I just missed it .
Update : game down for 72 hours now 💀

9 weeks!! The issue I had though is totally different to yours. I had the stuck at 75% load bug where my account was locked out possibly due to game data corruption. Support did the usual fixes but it just wouldn't work. In the end the big update just prior to Halloween fixed the problem but I have no idea what the problem was.Quote:

The same thing happened to me yesterday and I was going to post a me-too here, but fortunately I got it fixed. I got the symptom others did, game locked up then wouldn't start, stuck at 75%. "Doomed!" I thought. After a reinstall, I got back into the game but it was extremely choppy, unusable for just about anything.
What I did here is I went into My Team and sold a bunch of stuff: characters, talismans, shards, used up a bunch of runes. Of these, I'm most inclined to blame the talismans: I was pretty close to the max (which is itself maxed after the achievement), and I may have gotten one to push me over the edge before the unpleasantness happened. But I really don't know.
Anyways, the game locked up again, wouldn't start again, but when I next deleted data and restarted everything worked fine. So I think the spring cleaning helped and you guys might want to try that. Or it could all be voodoo, but doesn't hurt to try.

I tried selling a bunch of things after one of my reinstalls, but it was too choppy to scroll down to sell the newest talismans. I did manage to sell off all xp shards and extra stacks of evo runes though. Guess I could try one more time and just start mass liquidating talismans that I don't plan on using...
I wish the inventory was easier to manage in this game.
Update: Reinstalled again, and it started out jittery. By the time I made it to the talisman sell page though, it cleared itself up. So I guess try reinstating if you've hit this issue, maybe it will clear up.
Great advice Ovy I'll give it a try . I freed up some memory on my phone too thinking maybe the game was pushing past my memory but didn't notify me . Does this mean I have to sell my meat heads ? I never use em but I love those guys 👽

Sounds great Ovy , I've got lots of forum friends. Unfortunately my game broke again so I'm going to repeat the proses and try again. Then I'll scoop you up .
I tried to uninstall and install the game, was able to get to the sell screen but then it locked up and i tried to reload, but back to 75% and loading stops.... Not sure what is wrong. Not sure what to do.... I'm losing faith that things will be fixed, fun game, sad to see that i won't be able to play any more
Not you too EvilFreak . I'm down to 40 talisman and I upgraded some guys and it appeared to be all good , turned the game off and yup back to 75% load and a no go . We need to tally how many people are having this issue. The dev Laviathen posted in a different post earlier today and said it was fixed and they were going to look into the matter. But it's broken.
Support says there facing a high number of requests right now and it may take a few days for a response. I tried to contact then online on Saturday but I don't think they got my request for help or I sent it to the wrong place. This time when I reinstalled I went straight to the in game support and sent them a text and got a fast automatic response.
Finally I think my game works , Ovy was right to sell stuff to make the game work . It still took me multiple tries of uninstalling and reinstalling but it finally works . It was very hard with the lag . I would unlock a sandworm to sell but it would relock. So sell alota talisman the runes and shards then get ride of some hourglasses ,worms ,those floating rams skulls all the guys you can get from the 2star souls . I keeped all ass/gun guys and of course my meatheads .
Game worked fine yesterday morning, went out for an hour, came back and tried logging in and all I got and am still getting is the 75% loading loop, emailed support straight away but I'm still waiting for a response
I keep getting locked out and stuck on the loading screen. Happened about 4 times now since middle of November. Each time it's happened I've emailed the team and they've sorted it out. But sometimes it only works for a day and it happens again.
Advice I recieved from them today was 'as it's a bug, there isn't any definite way to avoid it, but it may help to keep your rune and shard stacks in order. Try not to let too many of them reach 99 in total. And it may help to sell or use up some of the lower star level runes or shards stacks you've accumulated'
Gets frustrating when it happens gotta admit. But at least they gave me 100 free Ironite today for the inconvenience caused. Thanks guys.
Hope the bug is fixed soon.
Useful info! Pity I didn't get any ironite after 4 days of loading problems, but mainly I am just happy that my game is working again.
