Bug Reports from Feb 2, 2017 Update

Thank you to everyone who has reported an issue here, or sent our team a bug report over email since our last update.

In addition to other reported issues, we are currently working on solutions for the bugs surrounding Burning/Freeze Talismans, and the stacking negative effects that are occurring in battle. We’re aiming to deliver solutions for these issues, and other bugs as soon as we can.

If you are running into problems such as the issues listed above or any other bugs you may find, please send us a message using the Support button in the Settings menu, or email us directly at [email protected]. Be sure to include as many details as you can regarding the problems you have run into.

How about compatibility issues! please verify the SDK version and dependencies used for this recent update.
so many android devices/emulators are not compatible anymore, please don't wait for another month to accumulate enough reports to fix that issue.

This is one of the main issues we are currently looking into. Anyone who is experiencing these problems should send us their device info, including the current operating system they are using.

CR Eddie seems to be harmed of all healing sources, including the one he has himself. A high healing can rightaway kill him at an instant.

My Sentinel Golden Son killed my Vampire Hunter instead of healing him in LoL and nearly did the same to my Samurai. It could be something related to marks on the enemies, but that's just a guess...

Haven't had healing problems but I have had his ghost removed 3x when you usually get hit with burn effects. ie. After opponents last attack. When there was no opponent that could remove it. 1x there was only a prisoner left on opposing team. Also have had his wither attack do no damage. This happened 2x in a row during 1 match. No sound effect,no movement from enemy upon impact,nothing. All in arena

Those bugs are gettging funnier by the hour.

While fighting a Prisoner in PvP I had Imuunity and Invincibility on the Green Bat up. The Prisoner tried to silence me and did not have success - works as designed in this case. Next round he attacks me and transfers his silence to me while my two buffs still up - and definitely up I just casted it the round before.

So the Prisoner can now apparently transfer negative effects that he doesn't like. That makes totally sense as other players without one would have a small chance to beat him.

Different fight against Mummy, CG and Prisoner. My team did not get one move. Stun, stun, hit, stun stun hit hit hit stun stun stun - finished or like that (you know - antidote not working - immunity and they went first). It is not just the Prisoner and the Troll. Also Prisoner and General ... Nodding Frog logic would now be to nerf the Troll and the General into oblivion. Everybody else has discovered a different pattern by now.

i really think that you guys ought to pay people to do your QA testing for you. i understand if this was a once in a while situation .. but everytime you do anything nodding frog makes it a priority to break the whole game.
and like always - you are blatantly asking your customers to figure out the problem ... never seen this kind of shamelessness from a game company.

Yup, I have this problem too. Although on one occasion I hit the enemy and instead of it dying, my CR Eddie did . :(

Actually he always did, his skill transfer negative effects upon attack 100% by definition no matter what, you can even transfer it to most bosses... But it's his native skill from beginning so nothing new here..

While immunity is up on my toon (I know it is a perfext thing that can't be cleared but it shouldn't transfer on immunity). That's just awesome. I think a god mode for 6 rounds on the Prisoner should be triggered at the same time. Otherwise he seems to be a bit useless.

Knowing that I'm certainly sticking to not to attack any more teams with a Prisoner in it. But apparently something will be done - some day - a few months or so. :rolleyes:

Carriage rider Eddie in secret location: a perfect hit shows "miss"?!?!? Another round, a perfect hit, but no damage given. Used his fury, de/buffs appear, but no damage.

I hardly ever got macl0 errors, but got 2 today. Sign back in and see I was used as someone's trooper. Coincidence?

Yes that's new: It's a perfect miss - like you roll a 1 in D&D :rolleyes:

It's a known bug that has been introduce at the last regression. Negative effects stack but don't clear to a point where your magic is e.g. -100% -> not a lot of damage.

I get at least 1 MACL0 a day and I am grateful for that - Legacy of the Bugs without MACL0 wouldn't just be the same anymore

Twice within the last week I have had trooper requests from players that according to the counter have been inactive for 5 days. 😮

I hope its a bug from last tuning update cuz otherwise I wonder how many (hopefully none) loyal active troopers have I deleted.
If I have I sensearly appologyze.

I have a few troopers at 5 and 6 inactive days atm. Normally I delete troopers after 10 days of inactivity or if they are inactive 5+ days twice within a month. But with this uncertaincy I will not delete troopers for a while.

I am still getting the daily challenge screen crash - I do my challenges go to collect the 'rewards' but once I have received them the game goes to red clouds and I have to force quit my iPhone. When I log back in I have lost the daily rewards I just claimed. Not big concerns in the context of all the other stuff but I bug - not sure if others are facing this too - it is fine on Android devises and I think ipad.

yup, getting the exact same happen to me. It's a problem because we are missing out on 15 ironite every day.

You're not alone. (See this forun post Can not claim achievements).

I think it's a big issue since we're losing Ironity every day for no good reason.

By the looks of it dev team doesn't give a s***.

Is it only the PVP Arena players getting any game improvements and the rest of us are left in the void?

Why the game won’t run with an emulator on the pc, anyway?!? This is making me really disappointed, as I didn’t expect that after a tuning update. Like most of troppers here (I think) an emulator was easy to use, due to the daily duties at work/home, or due to the fact that the battery of the cellphone/tablet goes weaker and weaker.....

Btw: It never ran on one of my SoCs with Android 5. I can install it - I can start it - but I can't click start with the mouse. Everything else runs fine - I always wondered why that is the case. Instead of running it on my tablet I could farm on a Raspberry Pi 3 e.g.

When starting or resuming the game from the sands of time refill notification in android's status bar, the game won't open or i get an app crash popup. Sometimes the game starts despite the crash popup message. Android 6.0.1 on Moto Z Play.

(note: the following is a rambling tale of mutliple bugs/odd occurrences that may or may not be related)

So for the most part I haven't noticed anything wrong with my CR Eddie on my A game, but on my B game (using Speed of Light Eddie), the effects don't stack like they do for others, but within a match the icons never go away. So he'll have a dozen icons above him (multiples of the same ones when re-cast) which effect him for the right number of turns but the icons stick around. Not a debilitating bug, but a bit annoying.

That is, until I used a trooper's Viking Eddie, who got stuck with -100% MR (a kill to the Viking) & -50% DEF for the entire level (all 5 waves including the Beast). I tried to use the MR charge + Call to Arms to raise it, and boy did it: up to 6050% without the buff (5950% with the buff). Is that right? Used a fury attack (I think) and hit for ~16k. Basic attacks (including the -100% MR) hit for only 200-300. However, hitting a Gunner CotD & Warrior Troll (both with 25-50% health & a heal shield) that ~16k killed the troll, but the CotD healed for almost full health. ???

Later in the match, the Beast killed my Magus Golden Sun (heal blocked at the time), who revived, but with no health - I thought he should have gotten his health back even with the heal block but wasn't sure. Then, before I could even use him, he just slowly sank down below the ground and was gone. I couldn't use him and didn't get the achievement for keeping 2 allies alive. [in a previous match he died, but I could still use him even though he wasn't there; don't recall if he had already revived once though.]

It was a very strange match.

not sure if this is a new bug or an old one, but if you have dupe characters, your defense sometimes swiches to the other one for no obvious reason.

i exeprienced this two times. i have a level 99 aos and one level 100 aos and. last week i tested my defense i saw that my level 99 is on my defense and i'm 100% sure that i put the level 100 on and that he was there the whole time.

today i experienced that my unsharded CG without talismans replaced my fully sharded one -.-.... that explains my bad bad defense ratio a little.
i checked this last week and i'm again 100% sure that i put on the right one.

maybe this is related to the position of the character. i have also two pharaos and sometimes the maxed equipped pharaoh is in the first spot the other time the uneqipped one is showing up first...

could there be a relationship between this issues??

The same thing happend to me, I've spend my first 2 weeks of pvp with a dupe pharaoh eddie lvl1 with no skill shards and talismans. :mad:

This isn't a bug per se, but I would highly appreciate it if the highest levelled dupe shows up first when picking characters for (PVE) fights. I wasn't looking enough when doing Light Bringer Hard and I accidentally put my dupe Corrupt General in the party. He died against the bat wave, but somehow I still won without needing to revive. He also leveled up 6 times :P

Use the lock icon on the dupe you use. Leave the rest unlocked. It's the only way to tell them apart without having to manually check each time.

Now...here is a good one:
Spartons defense team doesn't take damage from trolls reflect shield...

Any news about the removing the bugs? I cant log in since the update:/

Guys check your defence team, my dupe pharaoh eddie lvl1 was in the team again instead of my maxed out pharaoh eddie. :mad:

Just get the Ol' spinning Eddie wheel of death when I try to play PVP. Haven't seen any of it yet. Please HELP!
