There are none dropping, the support team responded to my ticket with "we will pass your concern on to the developers" or something like that. Also I have not seen a single cyborg shard drop from maybe 20 keys in Cosmic dungeon either... If you are looking for these mats, dont bother.
Yup, I have a ticket open like Natasmai also. When they get back to me about this I will post result
