Error when crunching souls

Despite having room in the inventory for a new soul, it instead came up with an error that would freeze the game immediately after being displayed. Restarting allowed me to play but whenever I went back to book of souls and dare to crunch any new souls despite the type of soul crystal it would reset. When I got a pile of 94 souls and another of 14 and tried the new 14 batch, it came up error but the game no longer loads past 75% anymore. After restarting my phone and even cleaning cache is still has not past the point after logging my account.
