Gunner Angel of Mercy and Maclo Robo Scout - How to get?

Hey guys

First post - I've been playing this game for over a year now and for whatever reason the Gunner Angel of Mercy still eludes me. It's driving me batty (sorry...) as it's holding me back from completing the Labyrinth challenges.

I've opened a gazillion souls and never seen it. Is there some special way of getting this character or is there some kind of bug I don't know about?

Same goes for the Sentinel Maclo Robo Scout...never seen this one appear in the BoS...

Only way to get Sentinel Maclo is heroic soul rotation. Gunner angel is in regular souls. Best chance of getting it shoud be Gunner Epic soul.
