How often are the US Cav. Ed frags supposed to drop? Only gotten warrior soul frags and surprisingly 2 trooper talismans in one go, but no cav frags. This normal?

How often are the US Cav. Ed frags supposed to drop? Only gotten warrior soul frags and surprisingly 2 trooper talismans in one go, but no cav frags. This normal?
The frags only drop from the achievements. These are completed by doing the dungeon with the characters from the Trooper Soul, such as Trooper Ed or Lady Azov.
