I'm not seeing anything new or specials, are just the same packs for sale por the weekly area rewards based on rank? The picture seems to suggest something else. Can someone post a screenshot? I feel like I'm missing something.

You may have to email the support team if it's not popping up for you. They'll help you out and get you your hard-earned rewards.
Finally showed up after yesterday's update, also I no longer "level up 99" after every battle.
