November Tuning Notes Correction

Included in our upcoming release, there will be 7 new achievements highlighting various holiday-themed characters and their awakenings.

As an addendum to our recent Tuning Notes post, Tiny Tim will only be tied to one of these new achievements as he cannot enter the Cosmic Talisman Dungeon as a natural 4-star character.

With this adjustment in mind, a second achievement will be added for him coinciding with a future frontier dungeon at a later date.
