Just putting this out there for anyone as frustrated as I am about Hell shards, you are not alone.
I don't want replies about how to make this better, or your opinion on the matter, corrections, suggestions, taunts, trash talk, jokes, sarcasm, or comiserations.
It just sucks, I'm ripped off, and I'm pissed. end of story.
And yet, todays little update is supposed to address that very issue. Fact, or fiction, we’ll all have to see for ourselves.
Just went Infernal and first run dropped one Hell awekening shard, so I can confirm they are dropping.Quote:

7 Hell Shards from 81 runs (1 key) this morning.
Used 925 SoT
240 Ironite spent on refills
81 Ironite returned in drops
So 159 net Ironite spent
cosmic dungeon has been fixed as well, less than 20 runs and i got the 1 pyramid i was short for fully awakening cyborg
I also had 80 runs today and got 4 shards from 1 🔑.
I feel that if I run this dungeon now, I might get a full set of shards
