I've had poor luck finding any 2 star red evolution runes.
As a result I'm not able to upgrade my red talismans to a 4 star level.
if anyone happens to see them dropping consistently anywhere or even rarely please let me know where to grind.

I think Battlefield Madness drop those shards, If not Garden Madness.

Just to be certain: I'm looking for evolution runes for talismans not evolution shards for characters. I'm getting some of the other colors but cant seem to find red
I had some luck in Underworld hard with these, while grinding Circle of fire for gold. They still seem to drop way less than before the update, I agree with you on that.
For some reason ive gotten 20 of them i dunno exactly where but this week ive only been playing book of souls madness farming normal souls and secret lvls.
I've been farming bloody everywhere for a Red plectrum shaped 2 Star Evo Rune , like my lottery numbers the fuckers just won't drop !!
update: since my first post my drops for 2 star evolution runes stand at: 16 red / 37 blue / 128 green / 43 yellow / 29 purple / 33 rainbow so any help on this would still be welcome.
