Team update on server slowdowns - April 2, 2020

Hello Troopers,

Thank you so much for your patience over the past 2 days. Our engineering team has been working since early yesterday morning to solve the slowdowns and loading problems currently live in the game.

Here are some details: We are tracking down some slowdowns in certain areas of our server. Locating these is proving a somewhat tricky process as we are seeing slowdown across lots of different areas of the internet right now which is polluting our data. We have improved performance overnight but we are still not fully back to where we want to be. We will continue to run some tests / push fixes throughout the day while trying to minimize disruption and keep response times as fast as possible.

We are about to run a test that will temporarily disable the Events tab from rendering any events. If you are currently running an event you will still gain progress towards that event just not be able to see that progress until we re-enable that feature.

We hope to have a solution available in the near future. Once a solution is in place, we will be offering in-game compensation for all our players.

Once again, thank you so much. We understand this is a frustrating issue and we are doing our absolute best to get everything running as it should once again.
