Hell and Fire madness

What teams have people been using for this level? So far I haven't even gotten past the first wave.
Teams I've tried so far:

-Hallowed/Breeg/Clansman Eddie

and various combinations of:
-The Alchemist
-The Prisoner
-The Clairvoyant
-Magus Lilith
-Assassin Banshee
-Angel of Mercy

I think I even tried the Iron Eddie/purple demon spawn/Prisoner tactic to automatically crave/stun everything, and even that somehow ended up backfiring on me.

In the main thread there are quite a few ideas. Most involve a blocker, so Magus Lilith would be key. Anyway, I wanted a summary as I still have to give madness a crack (am still working on sac event), so have copy/pasted below.

Not had a single defeat on mine on madness and done over 250 runs so far. I think it came close a few times to be fair but Alex just seems to be able to power through even on his own at the end. Alex is a worthy Eddie I have found - he really does seem to be a one horse power survival machine compared to most if any others hence why he can do NotB level pretty much on his own - which is crazy when you think about it!

He definitely is, but I've found on madness, even he cant quite keep it going without a team around him. I think the blocker is critical and Im definitely missing a blocker that can take fortunes or destiny. Im really missing magus lilith to help survivability greatly.

I can only do madness on manual with your team, but with alchemist instead of lilith.

I've been using Alexander (Valor) Charlotte (Redemption/ Tower) Gunner Banshee
(Primordial) and Killer Prime (Warlord/Immunity/ Sustaining)

This team never comes close to dying. Best time is 0:52 but averages at about 1:20 probably

Thanks for all the answers, much appreciated! I don't have Alexander Eddie, Charlotte, or any versions of the Killer, but I'll try all the teams that I am able to use.
