Future and past abilities for allies.

I was thinking it would be cool and he'll open up some options in characters, if they had future and past abilities like Eddy does. Perhaps start with some only having future ability or only past abilities, but good allies have both. And the catch, Once you pick an ability in the future, you are stuck on with future abilities for that round of combat.

It's an interesting idea, and it would definitely add a new dynamic to the game and provide many new strategic possibilities... but I doubt they'll go for it.
