I think the "R" in RNG means random player to drop talis for, not randomly dropping.
All for some and none for others.

Seems like REAL randomness ;-)

What is the fastest team after finishing the achievements? Without Gunner Minotaur it's impossible to be faster, right? Maybe with full awakened Cosmic and Gunner LOL?

All is about random?
All is about decreasing or increasing the droprates.
The last time we see that the most things are totally broken and everything new doesn't work as announced.
Why do we get zero information about these droprates?
Because they are fooling us!
RNG doesn't exist in development, it's all formulas with exact numbers!

Gunner Onyx Son (his damage skales on special, but a noob of dev gave him 3 green slots)
