They were purchased with the special tailsman frags
I got mine from the Lamia character event I think:

It was only released ONCE as a "special event". So, you either have one of them, or none of them. And you can't get them anywhere at the moment.
There are many cosmics that would be nice to have in the general rotation.. I'm so sick of the +15%, Void, Echo, Nightmare, Ascension, Chance, Cyclone, Prime, and Death Mark.... why aren't the cosmics like Vampire, Dominance, Serenity, Redemption, Steel, etc. in the cosmic rotation... yeah I know.. they'd rather sell them....
Oh yeah, nothing like opening a legendary tali that costs 5000 ic,to get a magic plus 15
Try Mythic and get white T3 with 15% MR, three times in a row (really stopped counting)...Quote:

You can get Vamp cosmics from regular-*ss mythical tali souls. I have gotten two such.
