Game Status Update - April 3, 2020

Good morning Troopers!

We want to give you a quick update on where we are with our server work. Yesterday was another long day spent trying to isolate the root cause of the issues currently on live.

While we haven't found a solution we have learned a lot more about the problem and feel like we are getting closer to a fix. We are continuing our work today while still trying to minimize disruption and keeping response times as fast as possible under the current circumstances. Again, we want to thank you for the patience you have shown over the last few days.

We will do our best to keep you updated on our progress, and just to reiterate, we will be offering in-game compensation once we've been able to sort out these issues.
