Baphomet - Cosmic Talisman Slots

Hi All,

According to the compendium Max Awakened Cosmic Baphomet has 3 red talisman slots, can anyone confirm that is correct? According to the compendium this only happens once he is max awakened. If that is the case doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of the cosmic designation? On a side note, anyone have thoughts on what the best version of Baphomet is?
