Updates from the News Frontier - March 26th 2020
Today I am going to start with a quick update on Community Support through Facebook and our Ticket system.
The team are currently working on a few initiatives to make our responses faster and more efficient in our Support tickets. This will take time to implement but keep an eye out for more information regarding this!
When we receive a request through Facebook for support, unfortunately we are not able to help there. We cannot track your account or link it to our support system, so you will always be asked to submit a Support ticket instead!
So as a quick refresher, you can submit a Support request through the in-game options menu and tapping on ‘Support’. If this button does not work for you, you can open a ticket directly by sending us an email at support@ironmaidenlegacy.com.

Load times have been high this week. This is due to the amount of players who are online and playing through the different Events. Due to recent world events, this should not be much of a surprise to anyone! The Engineering team is constantly working on Server stability upgrades and keeping an eye on the situation to make any improvements we can.
Cosmic Lilith
I am sure you are as happy as we are at the return of Lilith in her Cosmic form along with her brand new Cosmic Talisman.
Here are some stats so far for the Event!
There were 835,654 at Lord of Light floor X on the first day of the event and 1,533,903 overall attempts!
715 among you who have dared to open the Lord of Light Dungeon key and fought to level XV have completed the Achievement of “Win 10 Lord of Light XV. All must survive”. Truely an epic feat.
What teams are you taking for these runs? Have you any tips to share for clearing Lord of Light?
The Days to come
Moving into April, we have a lot to share. Early next week we will release the Event list for April as well as announce the next Mega Event, which I am extremely excited about. The theme of this event continues along the same thread as our first Raid Boss, Odin, introducing more Norse legends that you will battle against and bring with you as your Allies.
We have shared her before, but here is Freya, who you will be seeing very soon!
