Move descriptions

Not sure if these actually count as "bugs", but we have a number of moves that are vague in their description. These require some addressing.

Example 1 -

These are Raven witch and Samurai Eddie's moves respectively.
These characters have 100% chance for some effect and yet their move has skill shards taking this effect chance above 100%.

Example 2 -
Attachment 8728
Carriage rider Eddie's fury states that it raises all stats of allies and lowers all stats of enemies. But it doesn't include max hp and accuracy up/down effects. I can even argue lower power and fury generation can come under this.

Changing some of the status effects to reduce confusion was a move in the right direction in the recent update. I hope these issues with the abilities is addressed as well.
