Thank you so much for your patience. We have discovered the cause of the loading and character issues many of you reported last night and have resolved the issue.
We have added a compensation pack to the Specials Tab in the Main store. This pack will be available to claim until December 7th at 4pm PT. Please note, if you are unable to see the pack in this section of the store, you may need to force quit and reload the game.
