I've only put in stats that people post, so if there are types that are missing, it means I haven't seen them yet.

Attachment 6269Here are a few. See if these fit into your sheet anywhere if you like.Attachment 6270Attachment 6271
Thanks Zungwang
added some more to the sheet.
Pulled this talisman todayAttachment 6468
Wow, now also 4 set are dropping, nice pull.
Edit: just summoned 16 regular cosmic souls and got two of those, T1 white both of them though.
Yeah I pulled a white T1 a couple days ago with Echo as well.. wish it was a T2 or T3 though :)
Maybe that is where in gauntlet they have several talisman buffs that they couldn't possible have. It could also be they have a bug and have more than one cosmic talisman. That would explain alot. They use augmented cosmics not released to the general public.
Hah! I just got from Epic talisman soul most pointless T2 talisman possible. :)
Attachment 6506
YES! I got it at last!
Attachment 6508
I sell all Comics without an HP boost.. unless they have some great augment. So far I have one with the Vampire augment and no HP boost.... that's the only non-HP boost I've kept.
I just evolved a Red T1 w/ high attack and Def & Spec, also has Spec 15% increase (no Hp.)
I figure a red t1 is similar to a t2 blue/purple.
Thought about putting it on a toon using Frontier talis. This cosmic lvl 2 has 1,500 atk.
Could be useful on Gunners cuz of high Special.
But yeah, Hp is always important. So many toons use random damage attack nowadays, so cosmics w/ Hp, Atk/Mag are best.
My inventory is littered with Cosmic talismans-- you can't sort them with inventory tools, they're not identifiable visually (a Yellow T1 vs. a Blue T2 vs. a White T3--you have to open up each one to determine the tier), and are so numerous I have to scroll through them and end up losing my place. This is not manageable. These things are jammed into the inventory and the app itself can't even put them in order.
The tiers should have just had a color--why do we need 3 tiers X 5 colors? The colors aren't even in order, i.e. Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Purple
I think there are times the no-hp cosmics can be good. Those 3 green spot toons do well with frontiers and then a great att/mag/something else type cosmic. Similar situation with onslaught yellow talismans. I've even been getting decent results from 3 set yellows (invisibility/thief/purge/flash/persecution/serenity etc) with a 2 set (tranquility/hp/advantage/sustaining etc) and then an attacking non-hp cosmic....
The non-hp cosmics that have atk, mag, and the atk x mag effect are not all that bad imo - I use one on Ferryman, and toons using Labyrinth.
I haven't posted any cosmic talisman stats here for some time so I probably have quite a few to add. I don't want to double post so I will just base it off your file Bort so if I post it its because I didn't see it in there.

Def think its time I start selling all whites outside T3s. Probably Blue T1s too unless they have some rare effect. Talisman inventory management SHOULD be a high priority but seems theres nothing on the horizon to fix the clutter...
With cosmics maybe they can add a small icon (a much smaller version of what the original talismans use like strength, health, etc?) on the talisman image that denotes what effect it is.
I've made a spreadsheet to manually manage my cosmic talismans.
Stupid question (maybe?) but is the lowest "color level" of a T2 always higher quality than the highest "color level" of a T1? etc.
Example, these two:
purple t1, level 10 fate effect, mag 158 mr 138 spec 73
white t2, level 10 fate effect, mag 175 mr 118 spec 115
Is this white T2 "3 levels higher" than the purple T1 ?? There's only 39 points of difference.
Why don't you check out this sheet - there are quite a few filled in values for you to compare.
More of a general question though.
Is a better color lower tier designed to be worse than a lower color higher tier, or do they overlap?
The system is confusing as hell.
Spreadsheet indicates that HP on a Red T1 can be anywhere from 1/6 of a Blue T2, to TWICE AS MUCH as a Blue T2.
There is no definitive answer to your question. Basically a yellow and red is better than a purple which are better than either blue or white if the abilities are the same. HP varies in the same color and T level depending on the abilities, same as sub types of normal talisman are different.
What a total POS system. I can't even identify which ones I should delete.
How do you determine if you want a socercry, arcane or power blue talisman? Use the same type of criteria to determine which cosmic you want to upgrade. Typically you would prefer red, yellow and purple with good augements. Then T3 over T2 over T1, but that depends on your cosmic evolve material.
Yeah, so is a White T2 better than a Red T1 ?? If not, at what point do the tiers overlap?
In terms of better what are you asking? It will depend on the abilities you want and for what type of toon you want to place him on.
If you are scaling off of MR you want a talisman with the highest starting MR stat.
If you look at the spreadsheet you will see what starting stats for a given talisman and what it will yield when maxed.
Do you have any specific stat or set of stats you are interested in? You may not need high HP for blue lilith were magic would complement the other talisman.
What are you really asking? There are many good cosmics, you just need the correct one for the situation you need to use it for.
All things being equal--same effect, same stat boosts-- what is the scale from top to bottom?
T1 White through Red, then T2 White through Red, then T3 White through Red?
Or T1 White through [???] overlapping with T2 [???] through [???]
I'm asking because in my inventory I have a Purple T1 that is nearly identical to a White T2. Do the Tiers overlap starting at Purple ???
Or when they say "random" is it truly, completely abstractly illogically random?
P.O.S. System
What cant you understand? If you start with a certain color and T level they level up at a predictable rate. Compare your starting color stats to one on the list then you can see what it will be when maxed.
Typically purple then yellow then red give higher stats as they are leveled up. The end stat is based off the initial stat.
Well, ideally, the sheet is filled in for you for those two talismen you have, then your choice would be pretty easy. Based on what I've seen so far, the Purple T1 is probably better than the White T2. I *think* that colour trumps tier in most of the talismen.
Each talisman on the previously linked sheet will give you the values by colour and tier at level 1 (initial value), level 10 (1* max), level 20 (2* max), and level 30 (3* max). When enough of the sheet is filled out we will be able to make cross-talisman determinations - ie, which is an overall better talisman, a Blue T2 +15% attack, or a Purple T1 Blind talisman with attack?
So this feature has been out for how long? and we don't know if Color or Tier is more important? It's just a pathetic feature. Horrible.
I made a list to check for duplicates, next step is keep the best of each class. Oops, it's impossible to determine. Guess or flip a coin.
They are too convoluted. I made the point when they came out that whites were basically pointless. I still stick by that. At this point if its not a purple or above I don't think I am going to bother to evolve it in most cases. Unless its a blue T2-T3 with a really good effect/stats that I currently don't have.
The stats possible for 2-3 set effects should be either HP/ATK/Magic or HP/Def/Mr only I think. Then for 4-set effects like echo either HP/ATK/MAGIC/SPECIAL or HP/DEF/MR/SPECIAL. The stats should have been set at each colour and tier based on an actual formula. Like a set number at white T1/T2/T3 then a percentage increase from colour to colour. If it is now it must be some whack formula because no one knows what you are going to get for sure when you evolve them.
At the moment with all the different tiers, colours, stats and effects the possible combinations of cosmics seems almost endless.

I absolutely agree. There should be at least SOME predictability somewhere.
The thing that bothers me most to be honest, is that you can't tell what the augment is until you tap the talisman. Not even on teh pop up reward screen.. you HAVE to go to My Team.. and find it to see what the augment is. I know that if I want an explosion set.. I need to look at red talismans.. if I want predator.. I need to look at blues, etc.. can't do that with Cosmics. you have to tap each and every one. - on a character or not. And.... if I KNOW I have a T3 with X augment somewhere.. I have to tap all 300+ characters to find it - or at least as many as it takes to find.
There REALLY needs to be a list for talismans, cosmic or otherwise..... and when I tap a list item the character it is applied to is highlighted/shown. If it's not on a character then some indicator of that should be used. BASIC inventory shit.
And WHY can't I tap-hold on a talisman in the never-ending left swipe list to sell that talisman.. I mean the same popup to sell from rewards screens could be used...noooooooo.. I need to go to the "sell screen" and swipe down a bunch of times, then tap-hold each and every talisman there to see if it's the class/stats I want to sell. And heaven forbid if I'm trying to remember 3 or 4 specific cosmics to sell.. my memory isn't that great at times. Best I cna do is level up the ones I should keep at the moment. So I know to sell all level 1s.. but as more are collected that method starts to become problematic as well.
Agreed-- viewing the attributes, inventory management, and the selling process are all horrible.
I just want to clean up my inventory by selling all of the lower quality cosmics with duplicate attributes (same effect, same stats). But it isn't clear which tier/color has the best scaling. The OP states "...quality rating...is a further indicator of the stat ranges within a given Tier..." but that isn't true. the Tiers overlap--but WHERE do they overlap?
If Purple T1 equals White T2, does Gold T1 equal Blue T2? Is Red T1 better or worse than a Purple T2? Will the higher TIER scale better, or the higher COLOR? There has to be some logical relationship, right?? Is BASE tied to SCALING or are these independently random??
The answer "write down every stat" makes me want to uninstall this app and throw my phone into a lake.
Prime or Nightmare may be the augment for the next evolution event.
I just picked up a Yellow T1 with Nightmare and a Blue T2 with Prime from standard/epic talisman souls (not the icy stuff). First I've seen of these augments.
i can't wait until a Destiny or a Fortune cosmic is released so i can pair it with the other on my blue Lilith. Mwa ha ha ha ha.
