I must confess that I'm getting a bit tired of my relationship with BoS's RNG. It's been quite a while since I got the right twinkle in those red eyes. It gets lonely.
RNG was okay for me. Already had, but got 2 madams, 1 assassin count, 2 warrior counts, few 4* eddies. Of course there are many 5* I need, like gunner werewolf, which I believe doesn’t drop from any soul except event types?

We are just now in the process of pushing a hotfix to address the issue with the Nagual.
This fix will ensure that all Nagual summons moving forward will produce a fully skill sharded character.
For those of you who already pulled a Nagual, we have added 1 simple event challenge. Complete a level with the Nagual, and you will receive 8 Skill Shards. This will give you the exact amount needed to fully skill up this character.
