Been trying to get red 2 star evo runes at every single level in the game.. I've mainly been focused on madness difficulty - I haven't had much luck.
Where do you guys farm for these?

I've played the madness difficulty at least 30 times.. no problem auto-playing with this setup:

Allied bomber boy (Sen)
Warrior troll (war)
Soldier Eddie (gun)

All level 100 with mostly 5*...
