To answer you're question yes you get rewards for every tier completed 1,2,3,4 etc all the way up to 7. It's gonna be a lot of resources

Like Sparton himself said (which I agree) it would totally be under 900 ironite for SoW if you have the time to grind normal campaign missions, do skull quests, and maybe sacrifice some characters....
