It wasn't announced anywhere outside the game but Musashi and Redan are now in frontier store permanently (3500 FC each), and are removed from heroic rotation.

They may release it in a day or two and let it run for a week, ending sometime after next monday. Often happens that events from one month end in another.

Requirements are not changed for old toons, I just evolved W LoL to max yesterday and everything was the same as before. New ones require 10 colored shards and 6 specific shards.
