I don't have blue Lilith CRE or CE so I managed to get through madness challenge with:

SSE (angel/immortal)
Madam (oracle)
Clair (destiny/shell)
Alchemist (eclipse)

I used this to get through sentinel hard. Pretty easy once i got the rythym of it, auto until the krampus screen, then heal block on krampus is the key. You are f*ed without triggering heal block,...
