For the infinite loading screen glitch that some people are having, I was able to find a permanent fix for myself. I had a feeling it was due to too many items in inventory, so I deleted the game...

Is it me or is anyone else have a difficult time getting the warrior pharaoh? I swear I've gone through 100+ common souls and just keep getting the sentinel versions

I guess I should probably start farming common souls then. Do they drop equally among all difficulties or do they have higher drops in madness?

That's exactly why they cap. This game is no different than any other freemium game. Profits are the end goal and they do what they need to optimize those profits.
