According to the debuff/buff list Accuracy Increases chance of Skill Effects being triggered. Things like stun, silence, blind, burns etc.
Accuracy Down Reduces chance of Abilities triggering. ...

So many bugs and issues. Today time rifts opened and every type of ability on every type of character is bugged.

Other games I have played have sent apology gifts to the players for lesser issue...

I had the same thing, damage issues, healing issues, debuffs, buffs, debuff clearers. Every type of ability stops working without reason, no apparent debuffs etc. I've had the lord of light to 10%...

The update notes seemed to indicate they are, but clicking the icon says they are coming in a future update. Should they be working now or not?

They should add something useful to the cash shop. Like a item that will make the game work correctly for 24 hours priced at around $25.

Just wait for your progress to break and you can redo it.

This does nothing for leveling up 5* talismans since they can't be ranked up.

They also cost the most in gold to level especially the higher levels.

I maxed out a talisman from 1 to level 50. It regressed to 44. Maxed it again ans it regressed to 47. Maxed again and reverted to 49.

When I get to the 3rd or 4th battle on Number of the beast, the interface does not load. The auto-play button was viable, but nothing happened when it was pressed. The game is not totally frozen....

Post your trooper name. Even if someone does not add you they can still view your team.

I use the Energy Talisman. It is pretty easy to get perfect on Magic Charge it is nice having the 45% chance to steal power.

I have not had much luck either.

Of the two 3* blues I have one is from Madness Power Slave and the other from Madness Toys of Death. The blue Evo Runes are scarce for me as well.
